Lobby is very misleading, it’s beautiful but the rooms are old and rundown. Walls are paper thin, my kids and I were woken up at 1:30am to loud sex😐

Loved staying here. Everyone and everything was definitely well taken care of. I would have given this stay a 5star rating but we had a discrepancy regarding our pet. There were no signs anywhere saying that the property has a no pet policy. Neither were we told at check in there was a no pet policy. Also there were no disclosures or disclaimers on Expedia that expressed this information either. After checking out we noticed our bill had a pet fee of $200 added to the bill. We have stayed at many facilities that allow pets and never have paid over $50/night in pet fees. After discussing this with mgt we were able to be refunded half of the charge and are ok with this settlement but just for future reference please tell the from desk you have a pet or you will receive this charge. I recommend a sign should at least be placed on the front desk to at least inform visitors of the no pet policy. We definitely will consider this again when staying as we were happy with everything else. The mgmt here was very helpful and polite with us and apologized for the misunderstanding.

The property is very pretty from the outside and inside the lobby. The rooms were dated and were similar to a one or two star hotel. Inside the rooms it made you feel as though you were staying at a motel. Had I known, I would have booked somewhere else.
