You stay here for the hot spring pools and the location to downtown, however the rooms are very small and outdated! Our room appeared to not have been updated since the early 1980s and was very cramped inside. The breakfast was alright, although we stayed there for 3 days and they never had butter or cream cheese to put on any of the toast or bagels. I could understand running out 1 day, but would expect those basic condiments to be replenished by the next day.

Good but not great.

Room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. Cold air and light coming in around entry door. Not all rooms in the "Riverview" building have a view of the river and is located a half block away from the pools and restaurant making it less convenient to enjoy the facilities. The price was a bit expensive for the room we stayed in. I would recommend staying in the rooms close to the pools and dining.

Absolutely incredible hot springs and pools, the best we have experienced in Colorado in terms of facilities, views, variety of temperatures. Great pool side bar, breakfast buffet was wonderful. This is our new "go to" location in Colorado!

The accommodations were nice, the staff was wonderful and the pools amazing. I just didn't think it was worth $300+ per night, and I was shocked that the robes in the closet cost extra if you used them. It was overall very nice.

We absolutely loved Ouray and this Hotel & Hot Springs was a hidden gem. 7 pools plus bfast with a restaurant onsite for late night snacks - it was the best! The pools were clean, lots of room and you can bring your own cooler but there is a bar available. Don’t bother with the public Ouray Hot Springs, stay here and the pools are included in your stay.
