Our 1,900 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, custom-built home sits on 3/4 of an acre and is situated 1 mile from the heart of downtown Ouray, 10 miles from Ridgway, 50 miles from Telluride, and 37 miles from Montrose/Telluride Airport.

Perfect for multiple families or a group with an open floor plan the main living area, large kitchen, in-floor radiant heating, two Ensuite bedrooms located on one side of the home, a Queen bedroom and single over double bunk room on the other side of the home. Flat screen TV's are provided in each bedroom.

Step out onto the private back deck and dining area to enjoy a BBQ meal.

Access the North Corridor River Walk Trail is located just across the highway, with easy walking access to downtown. Take a short walk along the river trail to the Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, unique shops and authentic dining establishments. Hiking trailheads are nearby—the perfect base camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures.

This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
