This property is old & needs new everything!
Supposed to have a free breakfast but this part of the property is under construction! This should have been noted in the booking as we would not of stayed here!
Rooms were dirty & need to be remodeled!
Very dirty shower was damaged and not working Toilet was not flushing sink basin leaking Complaints were taken on deaf ears changed rooms 2nd night no towels in room asked for compensation No manager around offered a $50 cash refund by staff Went to check out no manager to refund money as promised Rang during the day to talk to manager he was never available I just gave up very disappointed
I’ll preface by saying they are under renovation. But there’s no excuse for how dirty our room was. If we could have afforded to stay elsewhere we would have. Pay extra and go elsewhere. The pics are the tub, by microwave wall, across toilet and my favorite-blood stains by sink.
Not so good. Definitely went down in quality in less than 2 years. Dirty, moldy A/C. The rooms had a bad body odor smell permeated throughout. Had to switch rooms dues to cleanliness issues. Very disappointing and we left a day early to pay more somewhere else. Will never go back
Knowing the hotel we booked, we were not expecting a great deal. We had no surprises. The lobby was under construction and when complete will look beautiful! Our hope is what is done with the lobby will be done to each room.
They are remodeling downstairs so we walked into a ton of dust. The rooms were old and there was hole in the curtains and cigarette hole in the blankets. The sink had a big hole where the tissues was suppose to be. I was weird out to even take a shower. We would have left if I wasn’t wore out from driving all day!
Full Damp Rid containers in the room. Non bed bug insects alive and dead carcasses piled up. They are not deep cleaning the rooms. Hotel looks like the started to renovate and ran out of money. I will not be staying here again. Bathroom shower so nasty I didn’t use it.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The lady was friendly enough, but the rooms were not very clean. It was not at all like other Wyndham properties
I had mold on my shower curtain and burn holes inside my bed covers. House keeping came to service the room and did not take out trash nor did they make the bed, they did however replace the towels for the bathroom and that was it. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was dirty to walk on. The staff has poor English so any problems or concerns they're unable to help and the hall way has a foul odor. I deserve a full refund, I had to check out early and due to how nasty it was and go back and forth with the owner DANNY to get a refund since I booked with Expedia.
In definite need for update. Dirt buildup in corners. Hallway carpet wet from rain leak. Breakfast buffet needed lots of help. No juice, coffee cold, baked absent.
This hotel is beyond filthy. It smelled. The floor was sticky. The towels were thread bare. The pillows were tiny and few. There was dirt in the bathrooms. We were in one room but had electrical problems with a bedside light. They put us in a different room that was worse. There was only 1 light that worked in this room. We were to stay 2 nights. We checked out early and went to a different hotel.
Room was dusty. Floor needed vacuumed. Toilet had urine on the back of it and around the floor. Tub was dirty.
I did request to borrow cleaning supplies to clean myself. They offered housekeeping but I like privacy after I check in.
When I checked in staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Faucets on sink could have been cleaner and mirror was not clean above the sink. The shower was very old looking. Overall, for the price it was a decent place to stay.
