I was booked in a smoking room which I tried to change with hotel.com but when I got here it wasn’t hotel changed my room and then had a dog smell which I don’t have animals and they r not my favorite will not stay here again

I liked how friendly the staff was. I dislike that some of staff were walking around barefoot. I disliked how nasty our rooms were. There was stains all in carpet. The shower was dirty and slippery. The hairdryer didn’t work. The lamps were all dusty. I would not recommend using this facility.

Quality Inn was a very nice property. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, quiet, and smelled fresh. We were very pleased with the room and our stay. We would happily stay there again.
