My stay here was pleasant. It was very clean; no bad smells. The staff was wonderful. We came here for my sister’s 50 th celebration and the staff surprised her by leaving in our room a written card signed by all of them and gave her a few extra treats. So sweet.

There was no internet service the 22 hrs we were there & hadn’t been any in 2 days prior to arrival. Working on it. This should have been said at check in. We had to go to front desk an inquire how to get on. No discount given. UNACCEPTABLE.

We checked in late night. The sheet was dirty and found blood spots. The front desk changed our room, but that was so discusting experience.

Nice for a Hotel in Ottawa IL
Very nice hotel and staff to meet friends from out of state in Ottawa IL. Convenient to I-80. Room is clean, a little tight, but works for a night.
