Check in was fine, after that it went downhill. Ordered burgers from the bistro and I think the patty was steamed, there was no grill used. Also, we had to go and pick it up from the bistro. At 2:15 am, someone tried to get in our room. We called the front desk and they sent security to check. They believe it was someone checking in late and went to the wrong room. Didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. The manager said “sorry”. The last issue is it is the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. You can hear other people going to the bathroom, walking on the floor above you and in the hallways. On a positive note, they gave us a late check out (an extra hour), and the location is good.

Facility was well kept, a bit dated but clean and staff were excellent The are of town if getting rough but that is not the hotels fault they make efforts to keep the internal property safe.

Prime location, right in byward walking distance to almost everything you can think of. Staff were nice Noisy, kids running around the hall, banging on my door, also a lot of homeless people around, I know that’s not the hotels fault. Pay attention to the fine print, parking is $35 a night, you definitely pay for the convenience

Location is best feature -- service and cleanliness and other assets are required to keep a standard so we will go back there to get the best opportunities to visit key city sites with least travel and get exercise as a bonus because walking distance is 'just right' for lots of features.

Perhaps at reception have either a download or a walking map. Asked us the war memorial within walking distance and they really didn’t know. Sometimes it’s those types of extras ;cost nothing) but leave a lasting impression on your guests
