Phone calls never get answered and the bathroom was small other than that good hotel plenty of restraints around hotel and parking is quite close nice hotel for area and convent to time square walking distance

Good place to stay near Times Square for a decent price. Very clean rooms and common areas. Many restaurants around and a 10 min walk to Grand Central Station

The hotel was recently reopened when we arrived, like that week. We arrived on a red eye and intended to drop our bags and be off but they let us check in at 8am which was really nice of them. We were told about the recent renovations and reopening that week and were excited to be some of the first people in the building! The first night was fine, bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The second night, not so much. I will preface this by saying we had no food or drinks in our room, but as we were climbing into bed we spotted a few roaches near the window, ok it’s NYC that’s not shocking, but then another, and another, and a few more. It was too many for my daughter and I to handle. We immediately packed up our things and took them down to the lobby and discreetly asked to switch rooms. The person at the front desk was very accommodating and made the room change, apologized profusely, and said they have had the hotel bombed four times and can’t figure out where they are coming from. I was given the email of the manager and was told they would make it right, I took them at their word. That was June, I haven’t heard anything. If you aren’t prepared to deal with this situation why did you open in the first place? Clearly it is an issue, get the bugs under control!

Great location, clean, very friendly/helpful staff. Only negative was the noisy air-conditioning units that kept waking us up on the first night.

Rooms were very nice but extremely small and I thought it could be less expensive. Locations is very good if you want to be midtown and near Times Square the surrounding areas have great food. It was a nice experience.

Great location so near to Times Square but far enough from hustle and bustle. A fridge that you didn’t need to pay to hire would be good as most hotels we have used in US seem to provide this. Also coffee/tea/milk not refille

No ice bucket. Room phone was connected to nothing. If you needed something, you had to go to front desk. They delivered trash bags but did not put them in the baskets. I don’t go on vacation to do housekeeping. Front door staff was extremely helpful.
