The only thing we didn't love about the Aura was the room was really warm. We were on the 14th floor and the a/c was stuck at 66 degrees but went from 70 when we walked in at 2:45 pm to 76 the next morning. We like to sleep at about 68-70. It was only about 73 degrees outside so I can't imagine how warm it would've been if it was a typical August day. Otherwise, we had a good experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

This property is not a 4 star hotel It’s not easy to find the sign is not clearly visible There is no cart to transport your luggage The rooms and bathroom is very small I requested room on upper level upon arrival I was told there’s none available. This hotel is close to everything but I would not recommend it for a comfortable stay and four star expectations

It was fine. Clean and reasonably quiet. Small room, which is to be expected in nyc. Not much for amenities. Very small tv. No click in room. Main light switch didn’t work. Again, it was fine enough, but for a week stay, I had hoped for a nicer room.

Great hotel, modern and clean. Comfy bed, shower had great water pressure which seems so rare in hotels. Had some issue with the air conditioning and they came and fixed it (unfortunately it broke again a few hours later) but that's the only negative point in my whole stay. The rest was just perfect and you can't beat this location! I will stay there again next time I'm in NYC.

This building is so old, I found the elevators to be the smallest I’ve ever experienced😊 The staff was great and the room was just right for our visit. We set the ironing board up for additional space to place our clothes out each day. There isn’t a microwave or fridge in the room because there are so many great restaurants and food shops to experience. There is a Nesco express coffee maker in the room we enjoyed. This hotel is in a great location to enjoy Bryant Park and Time Square and the Central Train Station and Subway to other areas.
