Step inside through the screened-in porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind while taking in the peaceful sights and sounds of the river. The living room provides a warm and welcoming space with a pull-out couch and an electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen opens onto a side patio, complete with a gas grill, a dining table, and extra seating, making outdoor meals a delightful part of your stay. A half bath and a convenient laundry area round out the main floor.

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer restful retreats, each featuring a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom includes access to a private balcony overlooking the river, where you can soak in the serene surroundings any time of day.

With its comfortable layout and stunning location, River Retreat is a perfect home base for your riverside getaway.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
