The folks at the front desk were excellent. However, I found my room to be dated and tired. The shower was more like a firehouse and unable to be adjusted. The elevator was ancient and made a loud banging noise when stopping on the bottom floor. I thought it was crashing. Additionally, I literally had to press the open button to get out. I was told the shuttle would run every 10 minutes, however after standing out in the cold rain for close to 20 minutes, the shuttle never came and I was forced to walk from building 200 all the way to the front desk.

The noise from the dog next door, people hanging out in the hallway, people ringing your door bell. The night lights beaming into your bedroom window, the blinds were terrible, dated room. We were told by some of the staff that they should have given us a much better room right from the start.

The room was very nice. No daily housekeeping. Checking it was torture. Anytime i saw the lobby the line was ridiculously long. So,this is the norm for here so be prprepared. The interstate cuts this place off even with being in the heart.ng

I would highly recommend this resort. Outstanding customer service from all staff members. Extremely accommodating. Plenty of things to do at the resort as well. The property is slightly outdated but extremely clean. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at Westgate Lakes and Resort in Orlando and was very disappointed with my experience. The room we were initially given had a terrible smell, and it took the management an unreasonable amount of time to address the issue. We were forced to change rooms late at night, around 1 AM, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities made our stay even more uncomfortable. The hotel does not provide complimentary water bottles, nor are paid water bottles available for purchase in the rooms. On top of that, there is no breakfast option available—complimentary or paid. This hotel is not suitable for anyone visiting theme parks, as most guests expect convenience when it comes to food and water availability. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
