Hotel was ok, but it is unacceptable that they charge $25 for parking per night! this king of hotels should not charge for parking, it is not London, New York or other major city without parking spaces, is Orlando!!! and they have more than enough parking spots, we won't book again!

The property was beautiful and nice I did see two roaches I was in room 538. Extermination should be enforced daily or weekly to keep the bugs out.

Clean, but uncomfortable bed and pillows… I didn’t know they received pets and there was a dog barking all night.. a couple started fighting at 3am had to call lobby so they can shut the hell up, they end up calling the police wish finally came around 4am… horrible night 😥

The Staff was very Helpful in the Midst of a Crisis here in FL & was very accommodating!! Parking was the only issue but didn’t bother me as I am a FL Resident & it was just out of state workers trying to put our home back in order after it was touched by Milton. Thank you for a cold room and a hot shower not including the WiFi for the Kiddos lol
