Great Stay
We were in town to go to Sea World and area attractions. It was located conveniently to a grocery store and a couple places to eat. (walk to these places) Also close to airport. We would stay here again!! Our feet were very dirty from the floors, so I think they do need to be scrubbed more often.

Nice property. Clean and close to Universal studios and SeaWorld. We enjoyed the stay. A minor issue was that the TVs were not Smart but they had cable. Luckily we had fire stick, so it helped us survive.

Amazing condo right next to SeaWorld
The condo looked brand new inside and was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and we had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better for Seaworld. I will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Great location to attractions
Our second stay at this condo and continues not to disappoint. Staff provided an update after the hurricane and ensured our stay was pleasurable. The amenities were as expected. The new pool area was great and a good place to enjoy. The location of the condo is within 20-30 minutes (depending upon traffic) to all the major attractions in Orlando. Having a place to shop for groceries and restaurants in walking distance is a huge benefit.

Our family went down to Orlando for a week and rented this property for our stay. Great location, walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants. Pack-n-play, high chair, and umbrella stroller available to use in unit. Outdoor balcony space is wonderful. Excellent stay and would stay there again in the future. Easy and quick communication with property manager if we had any questions.

The property is convenient, and spacious. The furniture is uncomfortable, and the place is unkempt. Can light hanging from the ceiling, bugs crawling all over because the outdoor seal is broken, property manager not responsive to our concerns. Would consider staying if put in a different room.

The unit’s description is accurate as are the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. A couple of things you can’t tell from the pictures that would be nice to know is only the primary bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The other 2 bedrooms do not. They request you not turn the AC below 72, so if you have hot sleepers in your group, this might be something to consider. This unit fit our needs for a long weekend stay.

Central Location & Spacious
We came to spend the week at Universal studios & this location is very close to the perks(less than 10 minutes without traffic). There’s a Publix and food options within walking distance as well as a Walgreens & Chick-fil-A down the road. The unit was exactly as pictured, beds were soft but not too soft & the kitchen fully stocked(they even had a Keurig & a blender). The rooms and bathrooms are HUGE, definitely a pleasant surprise. As far as inside the unit, the home is very sound proof, however you will hear everything outside of the unit, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper it may hinder you (i.e cars on the roadway and people outside), though I know that that’s not really something the host can fix. My only complaint is that there were some nooks, crannies & closets that may have been overlooked in cleaning. Also there are the tiniest of ants in the kitchen, not a whole lot but they’re there. We made the mistake of having a munchkins box on the counter upon arrival and had to throw them away. Overall a pleasant stay & when we return we’ll definitely look into staying here again. Thank you to Ana & Paolo for offering this beautiful unit.
