This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! The hotel is perfect for families, with a fantastic location and incredibly welcoming staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was a convenient addition, making it easy to prepare quick meals. We look forward to coming back on our next trip!

Excellent value for money.
Thos was our second stay here in as many years. Location is very good for both retail areas and attractions. Staff were excellent, we endured hurricane Milton during our stay and the hotel.staff provided excellent communication throughout and also.provide complimentary water and snacks. The breakfast was also very good and provided everything for the day ahead. Room 415 did have so.e signs of heavy use, such as the shower which could have done with a deep clean , and part of the laminate floor had begun to seperate. The in room facilities are ideal with a fridge/ freezer, sink, mi rowave, dish washer and all the plates and cutlery required. That said neither of these issues had a nagative impact, considering the weather and the understandable reduced staffing levels. Over all I would recommend this hotel.

Late check in when my sister needed to do her treatment for her asthma and could not do it, a lot of people waiting in the lobby so it was very loud, dirty towels in room, spots on the sheets, food under the couch, pullout bed had debris, broken elevator. I have stayed at this hotel and lot, I am very disappointed by this last trip

Not the best, but decent.
We had to switch rooms. First room floor was sticky and muggy. I went over the floor with napkins and warm water and the napkins were pretty black. The second room was better but the bathroom handle came off and toilet didn't flush. When I called the front, the man said to just go down to use the lobby bathroom. I was on the 4th floor with little kids. That wasn't going to work. It wasn't fixed until the next day. Overall the staff was nice, breakfast was good but the hotel needs to be better cleaned and maintained.
