The hotel inside the room was so hot the air was on 70 but it did not cool the room. The fan in the master bedroom did not come on to try to cool down the room. The dryer to wash and dry your clothes did not work so we were washing and hanging our clothes out to dry on the balcony. It was dog poop all by the stairs to go up to our room my son stepped in it and it was everywhere

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We stumbled upon it after our original hotel was canceled without our knowledge. We were able to book this hotel quickly and it turned out to be a much better hotel. Check-in was fast and easy and the amenities are amazing.

Kitchen, bedroom, bath room are all great, clean and spacious. My kids had so much fun using the amenities. Myself, particularly, enjoyed the basketball court. Additionally, Vanessa from the front desk was awesome. She was very accommodating. Will definitely be coming back here.

Had issues getting down to Florida so I called and said I would not be there by 11pm. They left all my info for check-in with the security guard and he checked me in at 2:30 AM. Pretty awesome of them to do that. Very nice rooms And a lot of activities to do on the property
