Everything was great and the breakfast was actually really good considering it was hotel food. The staff was very nice. Have in mind that they no longer have the free shuttle to Universal. They discontinued it since the pandemic.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. We've stayed at quite a few hotels around Orlando and this might be our favorite so far. The night staff was great, day time we're always available, but I'm sure they have a lot to do. Breakfast was pretty good, but we were sad there wasn't a smoothie bar like in the photos. The beds were super comfortable and the room was massive! We definitely utilized the pull out couch and my nephew got a whole bed to himself! Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed extra towels and blankets. Plus the price was great, I will definitely stay there again.

Check in was great , we arrived late and were given a free water and arrived to a very clean and so comfortable bed. A good nights rest ... hotel is so clean, breakfast is always good, something or everyone. Friendly front desk...all the right things here checking all the boxes.

First the highlights: the rooms were spacious , nicely appointed and beautiful! The bathroom was great. The location - in general - was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. My flight was cancelled, but it was easy to book another night. The negatives: The location - it was not directly on the road, but behind some buildings, which was weird and strange - as a woman I would not have felt safe walking from the hotel to the road - the area was lonely and empty. The housekeeping staff did not do a great job. For two days in a row my garbage was not taken out. We had an accident in the bed - and the sheets were not changed. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Water was left on the counter top, the bathtub had scum in it. The staff in general was not very friendly. The lady that assisted with breakfast was nice and one of the persons who manned the front desk, but the other staff - no smiles, little assistance. Several times I rode the elevator with staff and they did not speak.

Always my go to hotel when in Orlando
Love staying hereā€¦itā€™s my go to hotel in Orlando. Close to many activities and all types of foods. Surprised that we had some issues with our stay this time around as theyā€™ve always been on point with the up keeping of the rooms. Our TV wasnā€™t working, shower faucet was leaking and not enough toiletries. Once communicated with front desk they quickly responded and tried their best to correct.
