The room that we had can sleep a maximum of 4 people. However, number of pillows provided were not sufficient. Same as the number of towels, there were only three. Bathtub doesn’t drain well. The check in process was swift, however, nothing was explained to me. Like the time of breakfast buffet, wifi availability and parking. This hotel needed you to pay for parking during stay.

The first day no body wash in the shower,left a note for the cleaners got 1 bar of soap (tiny) as the one on the face basin.We booked a room that sleeps 4 ,however we were a party of 3 persons,so there were exactly 3 bath towels. The next day still no bath wash,brough a bar of soap to use.After 3 days we got body wash in the shower, then another day the room was not cleaned had to call for clean towels and toilet paper. The tea section in the room had 3 packs of coffee, 1 teabag and varying options of sugar no creamer. I had asked the front desk for creamer to which he replied they"dont do creamer". The morning of our last day,I noticed a crockroach in the closet. This was relayed to the front desk when asked how was my stay upon our departure which was received without any shock at all.To which I gathered it was not the first time she heard this,she just wrote something on a sheet of paper. Other than this our stay was fine,The breakfast was average and the other services were fine .

Heater not working
We checknin at 7.30 pm, it was very cold in the room, we turned on the heater, it didnt start, after 30 min of trying we called the front desk, they semt somebody to fix it , the guy came and wasnot able to fix it, he said he will come back, he didnt . Temperature in the room was around 60, outside was 45, that is not acceptable
