Very nice stay
Best check in ever! Maurice assisted me at check in, and he was amazing. I was a little distracted because Santa was checking in at the same time with the lovely young lady who was also working. They were both fun and engaging while at the same time prompt and professional. The entire stay was very pleasant. It was a bit noisy from the traffic, but it's a reasonable trade off for the proximity to D Springs.

While staying here for just one night it left a lasting impression on me to never book here again. From the beginning I was greated with unprofessional service to be given my room which was very loud have hearing the elevator go up and down, to hearing my next door neighbor yelling all night just a horrible experience for me! I will not be back period!

The two peeps at check-in sorry I did not get y'all's names, man and woman was Awesome. The gentleman that took my order for my food I Think his name was Emilio I could be wrong. Amazing staff throughout the hotel, very friendly and excellent customer service. Now for the room itself. Yes it does need to be updated the headboards was scratched up, the bathtub is old, and the carpeting needs a good shampoo. I would just have no carpet put in a floor that's easy to clean, however overall it is kept clean with a vacuum and the bed was comfy. Would stay again because of the customer service and the convenience. Stay Cool Y'all 🙏
