Property is close to Disney Parks and Properties. Convenient to highway easy to get around. Walls are thin however can be annoying if other guests are noisy.

My stay was great. Concierge was very informative and kind. The location is very close to the Disney parks and other shopping centers. I almost regretted renting a car. I was a walk away from every meal and dessert. Thirty minutes from the Orlando's airport. There are no elevators at this hotel. The pool is so pretty and comfortable. The hotel amenities are great, I could spend a day on the resort and have a great time and still feel like I'm home. The bed in my room was So Comfortable, the pillows are very soft. I would recommend supplying two wash clothes person staying in the room. I also felt safe staying in this resort location.

Pros: The property had a gate which was appealing to us for safety/security. If a person wanted to bring their car on property they would need an active keycard. Security was also driving around in carts as an additional measure. Checkin was super simple and staff was helpful and efficient. Access to multiple pools incase 1 was crowded or laced with poor company. Shuttle services (major advantage) to the major theme parks and tourist spots. Cons: Walls are paper thin. Like extremely thin. I could hear the bordering suite occupants come home and talk all night then leave in the morning. The property is a smoke free property except in designated areas, but the neighbor was smoking and thus left a Marijuana odor in the building entry way. The smell did not dissipate until departure the following day. Im not sure if people live here year round but this was majorly unappealing because we are non smokers and the fear of being forced to sleep in the smell from surrounding rooms is not ok. Check in stated they were booked and did not have alternative rooms, but she advised that they would send security out to address the culprits.

Property very old condition, needs Hugh update. Hidden high pressured sales for some Hilton club. I could have stayed at the $149 beautiful hotel for 3 nights with the 2 hr sales pitch; chose this due to no advertised club sales(time sharing). High pressure sales when you are directed to the free parking desk.

Room was not to our liking tub in the middle of the room bathroom was most of the room. If we were staying longer we would have asked to change rooms. We did buy into the Hilton vacation club hope the other places are better
