The property is very nice and centrally located. the rooms are slightly dated or at least the one i was in was. couple of things that stood out... the staff was very nice and helpful. Why can't they take a walk in at the front desk - having me call a 800 number when i was in the lobby was silly - and it cost you more than you know. I wound up using expedia right in the lobby and saving an additional $50 a night - shame on your team for not working on it. Also - pay attention to who is in adjoining rooms.... I had at least 7 people in the room that would have adjoined with mine and with a yong child. overall a nice facility

I find some resorts have too much property and others are too small with not enough activities. Club Cypress Pointe in Orlando was perfect. It was simple, sweet and cozy. It had plenty of activities, such as bingo, mini golf, tennis, ping pong and more. There are 2 pools, we enjoyed the Volcano pool..

Family Vacation
The rooms were very clean and a great location to both Disney and Universal. There is a grocery store right around the corner, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The downside to our stay was that our room wasn't ready at check-in and we had to wait 2 hours to get in. The internet is also very slow and doesn't work on some devices. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend it for a larger group. We had a 3 bedroom for 7 people.
