Very Disappointed!!
The pictures on the app are not updated of what the hotel looks like. Hotel room reaked of cigarettes, very drab and dirty looking. Amenities indicated there was an onsite restaurant however there was not. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting with the bath mat coming up and exposing dirt mold and shall we say leftovers of other people!! It’s a pet friendly hotel and room next to us had a dog barking all night!! We supposedly got a “suite” … but were told at check in “ not sure why they booked that we don’t have suites”. When we got to the room it had an open area for a couch or chair for a suite but no couch just open space. They told us the pool was just renovated … part of the pool fences 2 panels were broken or missing, and only 2 lounge chairs for the entire hotel were out there. When asked for an early check in option he advised we could for a $30 fee even if it was an hour prior to regular check in. I definitely would not stay here again.. very disappointed and felt we were misled by the pictures and Information on the app about the hotel.

They do not have our check in information and said to contact Orbitz. I am waiting for a callback. This is the worst service I have ever had. We only have 4 hours to sleep before our next flight and we can’t even get into our hotel!!!! 😡

Pictures are so deceiving. They are doing renovations and that’s fine, but the place smells so bad. The rooms were dirty, the air conditioning leaked, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. It looked like they threw a bunch of random furniture in the room and called it quits. The air conditioner was so noisy, no fan in the bathroom, someone was smoking and the smells were coming in the room. We couldn’t wait to come home. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES… pay extra for a better hotel.

Noisy pipes and constant noises from plumbing or furnace or something. The bathroom has a bad smell and a stuffy musty smell. Just and old building. It’s okay I guess if you want to save money. I wouldn’t stay with my family. I did like that they were in the middle of renovations and that there is a Hispanic restaurant buffet style across the street. Lechoneria Latina’s food was seriously good for breakfast lunch and dinner
