We booked this hotel because it said there was an airport shuttle when we booked. That is no longer in service and we weren’t aware until we arrived. Our floor smelled like someone was deep frying food. The key didn’t work and we had issues with the door. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Would stay again.

It is so bad as I ever seen, the water in the bathtub doesn’t running out and the hot water doesn’t hot enough and the cafeteria who works there is so bad that she is treat we were beggars even if I just got a coffee and she likes very impatient with us, I will never reorder again.

We found 4 small cockroaches in the bathroom and killed 3 of them. If we found cockroaches in the room, I couldn't imagine the kitchen as it would be. therefor we did not have breakfast there, it was a really bad Experience, Not happy at all

When we checked in we had to get our key programmed 4 times. There were body hairs in our shower and what looked like dried vomit on the bathroom wall. When told to the front desk, we were asked if we wanted an extra towel to clean the hairs out of the shower and for them to spray something on the wall. All I can say is WOW!

The service was terrible. The woman who worked at the desk was sitting in the waiting area with her friend while I was waiting to check in at the desk. When she finally came up she was very rude about me trying to check in earlier. Then when I went to check in again at the right time the man was extremely condescending and completely blew off the lady who was trying to ask him a question. He put a paper in front of me to sign and when I asked what it was he said just sign it and I asked again what it was a receipt? A waiver? He said it was just something I need to sign not really explaining anything to me. When I was able to check in my room was disgusting. There’s mold in the shower the towels had stains on them and the bed was very uncomfortable and the curtains were stained and cut up. Personally I will never stay here again. I originated wrote this 3 months ago and the owner claims they can’t find my stay information so here it is. What I did not like was that my January 2025 reservation was set for Comfort Inn, and at 12:30 at night, I drove around trying to find it. In September 2024, they changed their name to Sonesta Essential!

We have confirmation from Expedia for reservation. I came to check in , the front desk guy said reservation cancelled due to overbooked but we never got cancellation notice. He does not even check our reservation. He doesn’t even know the meaning of customer service. He doesn’t even specify exactly why reservation was cancelled. My wife called to Expedia help desk to find out why our reservation for the hotel sonesta essential in Orlando on 8101 Aircenter ct, all 3 different persons hung up on her without much help. I had to booked a room at another hotel nearby without any help from Expedia help desk ( help less). Do not book this Sonesta essentials if it is the last hotel on earth. My family need rest before we fly home in early morning.

I booked this hotel as it òffered a shuttle from the airport. I was told they stopped offering this service last month. Had I known, it would have been cheaper to pay more for a hotel with a shuttle than pay the cost of this hotel plus taxis.
