Not great customer service, we hot a downgrade on out room because it was overbooked and the hallways smell like mould. Low on soap when i asked and the. i asked for 2 towells the lady sId she had 1. Needed a first and kit and dint even had the basics.

It could use better breakfast. Everything about it was nasty. Apple and orange juice was nasty. It’s easy to go to Walmart and get it there but ofc they lazy. Very short staff so we had to go get our own towel and rags. Netflix on the tv doesn’t work. You can’t use their WiFi on any gaming console you have to use your hotspot. Their “automatic” door doesn’t work so hopefully you’re not in a wheel chair. The room was a good size and was comfortable. They need to realize we in 2024!
