Wraparound Balcony provides Gorgeous Gulf Views from Every Room

From its wraparound balcony, the condo features unparalleled views of the Gulf. Occupants can see up and down the beach from sunrise to sunset. The ocean is visible from all rooms and each bedroom has direct access to the balcony. Our family purchased this unit because it was our favorite in well over a decade of visiting the area.

The unit is located on the 7th floor. It is a corner unit so it has a broader view than many condos. The complex has private access to the beach.

The condominium can comfortably host 8 occupants. The master bed has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, with a twin bed on top and a full-sized bed on bottom. There is also a full sized trundle bed available. The family room includes a sleep sofa.

The entire condominium complex is undergoing a renovation. Building B, where our unit is located, completed renovations in June 2024. Building A will complete renovations in April 2025. The outdoor pool is closed until that time. The indoor pool remains open. There is still easy access to the beach. Rates for March are reduced to reflect the lack of an outdoor pool.

Much needed family vacation!
Great place to stay. Our family needed a family vacation which we try to do each year. When dealing with and communicating with the property manager, he was upfront, and very pleasant to deal with. The place was in great shape and looks incredible. Love the wrap around balcony. Beach access is quick and easy. Everything is family friendly. And the relaxation aspect is high. Property manager was upfront about the limited parking and construction that was on going so we knew what to expect. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but the overall amenities were great. This vacation was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The balcony is wonderful, views are outstanding. Condo had all that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Good seating around the pool. Easy walk to the beach. The hosts were very communicative and informative. We would definitely stay here again!

Yearly vacation for my family. The building was being renovated so it looked rough. There was limited parking because of the work crews and several spots were blocked off. We had to park across the street several times. The condo needs renovation also!!! The owners were very nice and offered me a refund and I appreciated that.

Great Family Vacation!
Beautiful view! This property was as described… our description: Lovely! The wrap around balcony makes for a more spacious feel than it already has. We had 5 people and it was comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the showers work well, the elevators to the complex are fast! We are a family that does not eat out so we always bring extra kitchen gear. If this describes you, then, yes bring the things you need. Kitchen gear seems adequate for people who just cook breakfast, snack lunch, eat dinner out (which I think describes most people?). I highly recommend this condo for your get away!

The corner space was perfect for my elderly parents. They had a nice breeze in the heat of July and got to see the 4th of July fireworks from every side. The Stewart’s were very responsive when I asked questions. The condo was comfortable including the beds. That is always a MUST. We will be back to this condo. My sister owns one in this building so we for sure will be back to visit this comfortable condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our Family 4th of July 2023

Phenomenal Condo
The balcony and owners make this condo THE place to stay in Orange Beach. I cannot say enough about the views!!!! Every room has one, plus a door, to the wrap around balcony. Plenty patio furniture for everyone to sit out with morning coffee and even eat out. Location is perfect and walking distance to a few shops. Michael is friendly and very communicative! You will not regret booking here!

Endless views Beach to Gulf
This corner unit, with it's large wrap-around balcony, provides amazing views from every room. We found the outdoor table for six to be a great place to eat or just hang out and watch for dolphins. The kitchen had everything we needed including an under counter ice maker which was an added bonus. We were happy to find some beach chairs in one of the closets that we could use during our stay. The beds are comfortable and the black-out drapes allow you to sleep-in well after the sun comes up. Summer House has a nice pool area and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The owner of this condo was very easy to work with and was happy to answer any questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. We truly enjoyed our vacation and hope to be back next year.

We rented this condo for our summer family vacation and it was perfect! The condo was clean, filled with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning and even beach toys and chairs! The views are perfect! Every room has a amazing view of the ocean. The balcony has a table with 6 chairs plus a lounge couch with table and chair!! Elevators were fast, easy to assess! The property owner reached out shortly after booking and gave his direct cell to us for any needs they might arise, and text us the arriving day to reassure us to message with any needs and then messaged us our departing day for safe travels! Owners are a 10!!!!! We rate this condo. 10/10 and will definitely book in the future!

We love our stay here! The balcony was awesome! The condo is clean and perfect size for our family of 6. We cooked most meals at the condo. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The owner provided games as well as beach toys and chairs for us to use while staying here; which is nice so we did not have to bring any. All you need to pack is your beach towel and swim suit and you are ready for vacation. The beach is very family friendly and the community pool as well. Loved dining on the balcony as well as sitting and enjoying the sound of the ocean when not on the beach. I even saw a dolphin in the water our last morning while enjoying an early morning before the rest of the family woke up! Thank you for opening your home to us Michael! We had a wonderful time!

We have not been able to go on vacation for about 2 years. This was our first vacation with all our kids AND it was my 40th birthday! Everything was perfect, the view was more than amazing. The unit was clean and up to date. Lots of extra things to use also! Plenty of space, our kids are 17/18/23 The hosts stayed in constant communication even when I lost my wallet at one point. The building was safe and easy to navigate. Easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be back! Thank you for wonderful memories!

Awesome Sunrise & Sunset Views
Check in, grocery shop for things you will need for your stay, return to your home away and go to the beach or maybe relax on the large wraparound balcony and watch the dolphins. This condo has what you need to cook if you want to, comfy beds and plenty of room to enjoy your stay. The beach is only steps away. The owners were great to work with.
