I recently stayed at this condo from November 24th to November 30th, and while the room itself was acceptable, the amenities listed were not as advertised. The property was not handicap accessible—there were no hand bars anywhere and the doorways were too small to accommodate a wheelchair. Additionally, the outdoor hot tub was not hot; it was cold. The indoor pool closed well before the posted time of 10 p.m., and there was no one available to contact for assistance.
The outdoor gate that should open directly to the pool area was locked. When I reached out to Vacasa, their response was that there is no key. I also reached out through the Vacasa app about the pool closures, and their response was that the system indicated the indoor pool would be closed from 9/27/22 to 10/10/22 and the outdoor pool from 11/1/22 to 3/13/23. I pointed out that it is now 2024, but received no further response. This lack of communication and outdated information is unacceptable. My message to Vacasa was sent on November 27th, 2024, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory reply.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the amenities and the customer service. I would not recommend this property to others, especially those needing accessible features.
