Pardon the progress!! Summer House is getting a gorgeous update with new windows, balcony coverings, new rails, all new paint on the building exterior, and amenity and common area updates! The work to the balconies and rails is completed on building B, but work will continue on building A through the spring. During this time, the exterior pool will remain closed. The indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and boardwalk to the beach will all be open during this time. Construction is expected to complete at the end of May with the pool opening for Memorial Day weekend.

This condo was recently purchased by amazing new owners who have updated the condo with new flooring, new paint, new trim, new shiplap accents, new light fixture, updated baths, new furniture, bedding, mattresses, and more! One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' Deep! Wow! One of the largest decks on the island!! It is set up like an outdoor living area!! Relax on the sofa with your coffee in the morning or have a snack at the 4 top table. The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful shimmering turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating. A new, large 65" SMART TV Is found in the living room - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach. The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. New pots, pans, dishes, utensils! The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

Smart TV's are also found in the master bedroom and guest bedrooms.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
