Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, a jetted bathtub to welcome you home each evening, and a wealth of resort-style amenities that include an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a grilling area. The home has all new and updated furniture, a new mattress in the master bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa, as well as a new recliner, and chairs to relax in the family room. The kitchen has an updated, stainless refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.


The beachfront Admirals Quarters sits right on the sand near the heart of Orange Beach, making it a wonderful retreat for swimmers, sunbathers, families, and all lovers of the Alabama Gulf Coast. You'll be just over a mile from beautiful Gulf State Park, two miles southwest of the Orange Beach Marina, and seven miles west of Perdido Key State Park - a known nesting spot for local sea turtles. The Wharf, with its many shops and sources of entertainment, is five miles northwest, and a number of great restaurants - such as Doc's Seafood, The Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar, and The Gulf - are within an easy drive.

Things to Know
Exterior stucco repairs, as well as exterior painting, will be occurring from September 15, 2023, until February 28, 2024. During working hours, noise may be audible and construction workers/equipment may be visible. All onsite amenities might be closed at any given time by HOA due to construction. Balconies can also be closed off by HOA due to construction.

Our stay was okay. Pros: We liked how spacious it was for the two of us. The shower water got hot quick and we had plenty for both of us. The views were nice. We could see the sunrise on the balcony and sunsets from the parking lot side. We could see the boats coming out of the pass and the private fishing pier lit up at night. The location was good. The elevators weren't to slow. The pool had built in seating around edges. Cons: All the beds were rock hard and had rough sheets from piling. The bedding and chairs were dirty! One of the dining room chairs had a note that said a leg was broken and a couple of the others didn't feel safe to sit in. The balcony doors were extremely hard to open. The hall bathroom exhaust fan was hanging down and had a large amount of mold all around it. It made a horrible noise when turned on. The shower head in master bath had mold on it and it would come off when you turned the water on. I had to clean it. The dryer took forever to dry clothes. The TV in living room did not show the whole picture, no matter what setting you tried. You get two parking passes, but they are not designated, so finding a spot was sometimes difficult. Overall, our stay was okay because we travel and understand there will be issues, but I would not rent a Vacasa unit again.

2nd time we have stayed in the unit. While nice, a few repairs have not been fixed since our last time. Vent hanging out of the ceiling in guest bathroom, knobs still broken or not replaced in master bathroom tub. Broken sheetrock on mini bar, and evidence of bugs in master bathroom. The unit is great for families and we enjoyed it again but the repairs mentioned will add value for the price charged. Thanks!

The condo is outdated. The master shower was nasty, should be completely redone. Dyer didn’t have a lint filter, the coffee maker needs to be replaced . The the skillets were dirty and cutting knives had rust

Disappointing vacation!
We stayed for 10 days beginning of March. We were VERY disappointed to have construction going on that had workers on our balcony many days!! Not to mention that the outside pool was closed down too!! We typically spend all afternoon on our balcony. Plus eat our meals out there! This time we hardly got to do that at all because of the construction. It ruined our trip. We were in talk with Vacasa the whole time, but they didn’t seem to care. We felt we should have gotten a discount but no… they were sorry for our inconvenience. If you look back at the reservation it was suppose to be done the end of feb. and it wasn’t. And no where did it say the work and workers would be on our balcony. Needless to say, we looked for a different complex to stay in next yr!! 😡

Unit was great, but I was informed that there was no construction being done near the unit I reserved. There was construction with a very loud noise level. After a week of the loud noise, I decided to pack up my belongings and leave.

Somehow we booked with VRBO and got Vacasa?
The property itself is pretty nice. There is no office or someone on staff to ask questions to or get assistance. You have to call vacasa, which we did four times because they say they will return your call, but they do not. We lost two full days because the condo next store was rehabing their unit and the two jackhammers were so loud, we had to leave for the whole day. Vacasa just said , in so many words, "Sorry about your luck". No effort for reimbursement or anything. In the unit, there was not enough incidentals to last two people for a week. There was one garbage bag and very little other necessities. Not really enough towels. We will not book with this company again, but may come back with someone else. We are looking for a regular place to visit several weeks out of the year because our condo was destroyed in the recent hurricane. A lady from here must realize we got a bad deal as she volunteered two other companies that rent in this building. She had their cards ready to hand out That tells me that oeople get screwed by Vacasa frequently. Our friends who were going to meet us from Tennesse got a text that the;y would be able to check into their unit early, so they hit the road. When they were two hours out, they got another text to tell them that the;y could not check in early, so we all had to kill 6 hours that we were not planning on. So, all in all, many disappointments for the amount of money paid.

This is a pass through lease. I had to set up a Vacasa account to complete my payment instead of being able to complete everything on the VRBO app. Next time, I will just go straight to Vacasa first. Having said that, the condo was spectacular and we really enjoyed our stay. I would pick this place again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at this condo we had a very peaceful and laid back week!! The only thing we missed was a outdoor hot tub that we thought was on the property but there is not! That is my only complaint of our entire experience!

The condo was amazing and very clean. We have stayed at this condo multiple times and this time didn’t disappoint. The broken tiles in hallway to elevator was really disappointing. By the end of the week everyone in our family had a cut or two on their feet. Bare feet and broken tiles everywhere was not a good mix. The tiles didn’t take away from our trip, just felt for the price we shouldn’t have to dodge broke tiles scattered everywhere from the door to the elevator.

Great place,, terrible WiFi
Condo was nice and clean, WiFi was bad with poor connectivity and slow speeds, all the mattresses need updated. The property common grounds and pool are in bad shape, there were a lot of broken tiles on the walkways to the room and cracked pool deck areas that had been patched and cracked concrete pool coping .
