We did have a great vacation. The kids had a blast! Our only complaint, the room was not as advertised. It was very dated. Our condo did not come with beach or pool accessories to use. Also there is no towel service. With flying in, we obviously couldn’t pack these things. We had to purchase and leave them there. The outside pool was ok, but cold. Not sure if they have the ability to heat it, but it definitely could have been warmer. It was spring break, so it was busy. Lots of kids, no issues though. You had to find activities and things to do in the evening. There was no entertainment on the property. The ocean was beautiful, the beach was beautiful and very well kept. We will definitely return to Orange Beach.

The check in staff were great and let us check in early. The racquetball, tennis, basketball and pool areas were great to keep the kids busy. We stayed in unit 212 which needs some major updates. The beds were wonderful, but the old couches, chairs, tables, and barstools were cloth and didn't look clean. We placed sheets over the living room furniture so we sit on them. The carpet in the bedrooms was gross and gathering up through out. The view on the baloney was beautiful. Location was great to stairs and elevators. It was a nice stay, but we will be staying somewhere more updated next time.

we’ve stayed at much better properties
If the expectation is to have all the trash, kitchen clean including dishes and be comfortable during our stay then I’d expect more than one paper thin blanket per bed, more than one roll of toilet paper, hot pads since there’s an oven and dish soap. We won’t be staying at a Phoenix property again.

Could have been better. But still a good find.
The bed and pillows are terrible. This is a no smoking property. 250 fine if they catch you smoking on your balcony. The hot tubs didnt work. The splash pad for the kids was also closed. No blankets for the bed just sheets.
