From the balcony, you can enjoy FULL SUNRISES AND SUNSETS as well as HEAR THE SURF CRASH ON THE BEACH from 8 floors up!

3 Brand new TVS (2021) (one 55" ROKU SMART TV in living room, one 55" ROKU SMART TV in master bedroom and one 43" ROKU SMART TV in guest room) Sleeper sofa with a memory foam type mattress for comfort. Ceramic tile throughout, NO CARPET!

OUTDOOR AND INDOOR AMENITIES INCLUDE:

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.

The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.

Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Fully appointed kitchen (with granite counter tops) includes ice maker (in refrigerator/freezer), microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer with shelves, freshly painted rooms, all with crown molding, other features include 9-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, Brand new remote control ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, NEW central heating and air conditioning (2021), a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space, guest bath with new shower curtain and shower head, separate bar sink area (including granite counter top).

Master bathroom has a fully tiled walk in shower (with new dual shower head). There is a 2 person jetted whirlpool tub. Freshly painted guest bathroom has new shower curtain and new dual shower head.

Kitchen:

Two coffee makers (Keurig & regular), dishes, utensils & cookware, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, flat surfaced electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, fully stocked, with views of the Gulf while you cook.

Entertainment:

Books, Games, Cards, Cable TV with over 100 channels, DVD player, living room has 55" Samsung Smart TV, WiFi enabled for Net Flex, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Brand new free standing ice maker at wet bar.

Toys: Closet full of beach toys.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation!!!
The property was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. The location right on the beach along with the outdoor and indoor pools made this condo a great place for my wife and I and our seven year old daughter. We highly recommend this condo for other guests as its central location in Orange Beach and the loads of amenities can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here again! Absolutely wonderful
We had an amazing stay. We loved everything about this condo. It was by far the most well equipped condo we have ever stayed at. We can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend to anyone. This place checks all the boxes . We loved all the amenities at Seachase. It is close to everything shopping and all the best restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and the owner was well prepared. I don’t think any pictures can give the pools justice. They are so nice! It was our first trip to Orange Beach and absolutely loved it. The people are wonderful. Seachase is in a perfect location. You are so close to everything and awesome restaurants. So convenient. If you like a beach that isn’t overly crowded and not too deserted you’ll love this place. Palm trees everywhere too. Such a great place for families. Can’t say enough. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great Vacation
Stayed here with my wife and grown children. It was perfect. The condo was very clean and up to date and well stocked. It was also very well decorated with just enough of a "beach condo feel" without feeling like I was living in a Margaritaville restaurant. The property was nice and clean. It is also fairly spread out, so you don't feel like you're crammed in. The owner was very courteous, and prompt with all communications. Overall, it was worth every penny and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an easy vacation at the beach.

Our stay in Sea Chase 802C couldn’t have been more pleasant and relaxing. The condo is so fully furnished there things there that we didn’t even know we needed. Response from the property manager was very prompt to any questions we did have. If we come back to the Orange Beach area we will definitely rent here again.

Everything about the property was great! Plenty big enough for us four adults and two babies. Very clean and one of the few places we’ve stayed that the pictures were actually accurate! The view was amazing and it’s proximity to everything was perfect. Pools were great! Inside and outside. Elevators were fast. Only thing I could complain about was there aren’t enough buggies, when we were checking out, had to make several trips to the vehicle. I suggest getting up early to get one.
