Nice weekend getaway

The condo owner was very friendly and attentive to every detail, from the check-in process to recommendations for things to do. The unit was very clean and recently updated. We enjoyed our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay

I took my mother here to celebrate her birthday and we had an amazing stay! Condo was clean and exactly as described. Parking garage was well kept. All 3 pools were clean. Loved the location and the fact that quiet hours are implemented.

The condo we stayed in was great. One of the elevators wasn’t working when we got there so we walked up three flights of stairs with our luggage unknowingly there was another elevator in the back. The owners of the condo were great.

Property itself is dated and needs some TLC with no frills but overall a great place for the price. Multiple pools, close on the beach access. Condo was well kept and clean. Overall great experience and would certainly return

Great location

Great location! Perfect size for two. The kitchen was equipped with everything. Central air was great. Washer n dryer in unit. Not the best view but short distance to the beach. Grilli g on site. Owners very accommodating. Bed was super soft. Guards super nice n helpful.

Orange Beach getaway

We enjoyed being along the beach and our hosts were great—quick to respond to questions and allowed us slightly early entry. Everything worked, the bed was comfy. Didn’t think to bring our own coffee so we were without. Next time we’ll probably find a place with the bedroom on the main level, though this was fine. Road was a little noisy but traffic died down by bedtime. We wanted to walk to restaurants—and we did—but it was quite a hike along the busy road. Loved the nearby access to the biking paths.

I have never used VRBO before and I would definitely use them again. The booking experience was so easy. The condo was clean and it was just a short walk right onto the beach. It was equipped with everything you could need even beach chairs. The upstairs bed was very comfortable and clean. The owner John was very nice and personally text us the next morning after we arrived to make sure we got in and that we had a comfortable night. If you’re wanting to stay in gulf shores/orange beach I recommend this condo!!

Anniversary get away

This was a wonderful anniversary get away spot. Although the condo was small, it was clean and well supplied with cooking necessities/toiletries. The bed was comfortable. There were even comfortable beach chairs provided. Although our check in was a little difficult, it was because I had not seen the email that went to my junk mail with all the check in information. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Centrally Locared Superb Getaway in Orange Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the condo. It was close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s quietly nestled in the SugarBeach Condominiums. John was excellent with communication throughout the entire process and readily available if we needed anything. The condo is well maintained with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The grounds staff keep the property in elite condition throughout the day. It’s only an elevator ride down and a direct walk out to the beach. The sandy white beach was clean and not crowded. There is 3 pools on the property that are spectacular and meticulously maintained along with a tennis court. We will certainly be back as it felt cozy and like a home away from home. Perfect for a getaway for couples or small family. 5 ⭐️‘s!

This condo is perfect for a vacation as a couple or if your looking for a place to stay with children. The condo was clean and came with just about everything you would need to make your stay pleasent. The owners were also avaliable for assistance if needed. The condo has 4 pools one of which is a kiddoe pool great for littles. The beach access was great and easily accessible.

Clean condo

Condo met our needs. Clean and spacious. If there was a negative it was the pool area. No umbrellas or shade, unless you were lucky enough to grab the single shaded gazebo for each pool. No cable TV, but TV was set up for streaming from phone or tablet. Overall it was a good experience

Its really all you need for a beach vacation. We had everything that we need really close by!

The place was all that you could really ask for a fun vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a beach vacation at a very reasonable price!

Nice Location

The location was nice, not right downtown, but close enough. The condo was clean and perfectly located on the beach, with the pools as as a bonus. There is still construction going on in the building, but, all pools were open and the beach was easily accessible. The kitchen was equipped with anything you need, we even used the crockpot one night. The size was good for my husband, my son and myself. This condo is an outside condo. There is a slight view of the Gulf if you look over the railing, does not overlook the pool. Definitely, served it's purpose for being on the beach and having pool open to swim. Awesome beach vacation for us Michiganders! Hosts were very receptive!!

Great place to stay and on the beach

We love going to Orange beach, the condo was nicely decorated and clean. The owner of the condo made sure we had the info we needed to check in before we arrived and was nice and very prompt in answering any questions I had. Our family had a great time, this was our 4th vacation here and has become our go to place for a beach vacation

Just Ok

The property was clean and in a good location. However, the mattress on the bed is awful. So hard. I recommend replacing that. The tv's were fuzzy, both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs toilet would flush when it wanted to. There were extra pillows in the upstairs closet, but no pillow cases. The air unit is set to where you cannot go below 70 degrees. We like it cold and have ours set on 68 at home, but could not do that here at this condo. It would not allow us to go under 70. Overall, an ok stay. The owner texted me a lot and I think if I would have needed them, they would have answered quickly. However, the things that need to be fixed weren't that urgent, just annoying. In conclusion, we willl not be staying here again.
