Well maintained property, easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely consider renting one of the other Vacasa properties in the near future.

The condo was perfect, beautiful views. If I were to suggest, I would have some minor supplies like salt and pepper, oil or Pam, coffee filters. Not expensive but good to have for guests.

Great condo right on the water!

Nice 3-day weekend getaway for my husband and I. Super easy check in, condo was exactly as stated/pictured, and it was easy to find. It was a nice, peaceful, and relaxing stay. Balcony directly faces the Gulf and has a beautiful view! We will definitely consider staying here again!

The location was great but definitely needs a few upgrades. The bed has a bad dip in the middle and pillows were completely worn out. The only mirror was in the bathroom which made it impossible for two people to get ready at the same time.

A couple things that could have made our stay better.

The king size bed was bowed in the middle. All we did was roll to the middle. It gave my husband a backache. We finally turned the mattress around and it was a`little` better. Also the sheets were too small and didn't stay on. Another suggestion is to give us more than 2 washcloths so we don't have to wash them every day. We went to Wal-Mart and bought some cheap ones so that we didn't have to. Otherwise everything was great and as advertised!!

Lovely

For the price we paid I felt like this was a very nice place. It seemed very clean. Loved the view and it was very relaxing. I would make a few suggestions to maybe improve: 1. I believe it would be a good idea to replace the bedframe. The frame that is currently being used is not really supporting the bed and when we looked under it the wood was broken. I would also consider getting rid of the footboard so that you can actually shut the door. 2. Maybe find one rug for the bathroom. Two rugs is just one too many. also may consider replacing them in general they are a little worn. 3. Would be kind of nice if a hair dryer was provided. Just one less bulky thing to pack and most people would greatly appreciate it.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Partner and I needed to get away and out of the snow for a relaxing vacation. This unit was just enough for us! Unit was perfect size and the condominium building was small enough that we didn’t have to fight traffic or walk through a huge building. The balcony faced the beach and was perfect!

Relaxing in the sun

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach AL. Perfect location! Easy in and out. Right on the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. Small complex with only 36 units makes it incredibly peaceful. Clean inside and out. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Until next time……..

Perfect little condo for a small family

This unit was the perfect size for our family of four. The unit is quipped with everything your will need for a week long stay. The size of the complex was perfect for our family that doesn’t enjoy “resort” style communities!

Beautiful location, great view , very clean, only issue for us is the inconvenience of the elevators not working while we were there and having to walk 9 flights of stairs every time we left the room was not in our plans. But they was kind and discounted our stay. They didn’t have a parking pass in the room and we got a warning to be towed but the property manager was kind enough to bring us one. Overall great stay

Great location but disappointing

We take a few trips a year and have never experienced problems with a booking stay until now. When we booked this property nothing noted that the elevator was not working, nor when it began being out of service, we were not notified that it would not be working during our stay. It was only after we traveled 8 hours that we found we would have to use only the stairs to access the NINTH floor unit including carrying all of our luggage with my toddler son. When I tried contacting the company about this and possible relocation they failed to return my inquiry and I had to reach out again before I found we would not be relocated. We wasted a day of our trip waiting to unload in hopes we could have been relocated like we were told by the company was a possibility. The view was great once you made the climb however was not enjoyable to go down to the beach because once down at the beach would be a pain and time consuming to get back up to the unit. Our parking pass was also not available like it was supposed to be and had to reach out to the company again regarding that. The bedroom floors had chip crumbs in multiple places as well as the foldout couch/bed was full of crumbs and dirt. The company compensated us by giving us a visa gift card for dinner, which was better than nothing. We did enjoy our vacation however it was not a comfortable stay with the issues we had.
