The living room furniture is cheep and uncomfortable, the bed is a very cheap mattress, no padding and very uncomfortable!!! The bed has no blankets only a thin sheet. The TV is not a smart tv and does not connect to the internet to watch Netflix, Hulu or YouTube. The condo lacks the beach decor. This was the worst condo I have stayed in at Sea Chase. Do Not wast your money on 403C!!!!!

The view was amazing. The gaurds were very friendly and helpful. Tammy was just the best. Loved all the pools and hot tubs. The condo was clean. Had some games, books, and DVD.

Beautiful beach front. Kid loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Was so great to just walk out and straight onto the beach. Would definitely recommend this location for both buyers and renters.

We had some problems checking in and ended up getting into our room a little late. These things happen sometimes but Vacasa made sure to compensate us for the inconvenience. We are very pleased and will definitely rent through you again. Thank you!!!

The master bedroom bed was terribly uncomfortable as were the pillows. The jacuzzi had a terrible stain that was not very appealing. I did not use the jacuzzi.

Great view and location!
We enjoyed our stay immensely! Being right on the beach is where we wanted to be. Our teenager enjoyed the indoor pool. We were a little disappointed with the lack of kitchen supplies. There were no coffee filters, salt or pepper, etc. If we had known, we would have brought some from home. Also, we were unable to access Netflix on the TV., not sure if that was supposed to be included. Not clear how to use the Wally dish network.

Beachfront condo with excellent amenities
This vacation rental is great! Clean and great views. Everything works as expected. Some parts of the condo have been updated and some other parts are a little dated, but all is very well maintained. Beautiful views. Terrific amenities on site including multiple pools and hot tubs. Indoor and outdoor. Beach chairs available for rent from a local company at reasonable prices. Right on the beach with easy access. Security on site 24/7 for parking. Would highly recommend for those looking for great views and good amenities on site.

The property was wonderful. We especially loved the pool however the unit needs some maintenance. Every tile was loose on the balcony and it sounded like you were walking on broken eggs and the sliding door would not lock. The AC wasn’t working in the beginning and that was fixed quickly. The location was close to everything and the beach is fantastic. I would definitely return

Beautiful Property/outdated Condo
The unit was clean and comfortable but outdated compared to many of the other units. Which is not a problem if you spend plenty of time using the outside amenities of the property. The property itself is amazing and we did book again but used the SeaChase rental office on property and got an updated condo for next summer. If you are looking to lounge inside the unit it is not very comfortable as far as furnishings or balcony furniture. Two of the chairs are folding type metal ones. The mattress in the master was lumpy and you could tell had a very thick mattress pad they tried to use to help. Bring your own beach and pool towels as the ones provided in the condo are standard cheap hotel towels for the bathroom. We also had to rent a pack and play and high chair for the unit which was already provided in some units free of charge. Our stay was great but the listing could definitely use time TLC and upgraded furniture/mattresses etc.
