Great property needs TLC
We came after Christmas for a few days. We have stayed at the Oasis a few times but never this unit. The Oasis property is great and has only improved. This unit needs some love. The MBR bed is bad. If you suffering from back issues and need a firm mattress stay elsewhere until this is fixed. Every other bed is just as unsupportive. The couch is also very uncomfortable. It was a different sofa than pictured. The bedroom with 2 beds bathroom toilet was very finicky. Everything else was good.

Review
The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens for the beds and pull out couch are provided. The condo has an ice machine which is helpful for beach days. The side bar is also a nice addition. The balcony table and chairs are very nice and heavy. We enjoyed many nights on the balcony. The kitchen did not have wine glasses so be prepared by taking your own or purchasing some when you get there if you enjoy wine with your dinner. We had some minor issues with the stove that I'm sure the owner had no knowledge of before our stay. I did let them know and I feel sure they will correct that issue. It did not make for a big deal with our group and again that is a normal maintenance issue. Most condos we stay in normally have "left over" salt and pepper or other spices but that just may be our luck over the years. We travel extensively around the country and I was a little shocked that there was nothing in the condo. It wasn't a big deal but I think people should know these things ahead of time so they are prepared. We purchased extra garbage bags and such and left them in the condo for future guests. Hopefully that will start a trend as this facility is beautiful and just some extras as each family leaves is helpful for the next.

This unit was not maintained in a way that is fitting to Phoenix West II. While the facility is excellent this particular unit was not maintained to those standards.

So the condo itself was truly amazing. We absolutely loved the view. Love the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. If I want to nitpick which is ridiculous the only things that I would improve are maybe a mattress topper for the sofa, bed but truly that’s about it . The issues we had were with the actual Phoenix staff. They are rude and disrespectful. The Phoenix itself needs to figure out a better system for their elevators as it is a ridiculous amount of time to get from your car to your room on heavy check in days.

Poor management
The property is nice with fantastic views, but it is very poorly managed. The property wasn't fully clean. Two of the three satellite tvs didn't work at all and one had no batteries in the remote. The ice maker was broken and full of dirt and mold and has obviously been broken for months. My son almost hurt himself when he sat in a chair that had only 3 legs! The crock pot didn't work. The furniture and bedding looks nice and is clean, but it was cheap and not very comfortable, especially the cheap pillows. Also, the management company (Vacasa) texts you automated messages constantly touting their service, but it is nearly impossible to get a human on the phone if you need them and when you do get them they are not helpful at all. While we still had a nice time, I think we'll go to another property next time and hopefully one that is managed better than this one. It is a shame because the property is beautiful, just poorly run.

Best Family Vacation ever!
My family absolutely loved the beach! What made it even better was the stay. Great ocean view. The condo was huge and was more than comfortable for our family of 7 and had everything we needed. The separate ice maker was a plus. Loved the neutral decor in our unit. We'll be coming back for sure!

Spring break 2022
The property is in a nice location and the beach was beautiful. The condo was very spacious and having four full bathrooms was definitely a plus! The only not so great comment I would have is that some of the bath towels were not washed well and were kind of gross. And under the beds, only know this because I dropped something, looked like it had never been cleaned. Major dust, candy wrappers and other even a peanut were under there. If you plan on grocery shopping to stock up for your stay I would suggest trying to go before you get across the bridge to the island as the prices seemed really inflated. Also if you go to the Walmart nearby, go before 3pm. Anytime after that it’s crazy. Overall a great spot for relaxing and beach time.
