Just renovated and updated! Get ready for some beach fun at this 3 bedroom/2 bath, 15th floor condo at Blue Water Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama. It is located directly on the beach with a short board walk with showers leading to the sugar white sands! Conveniently, it is located right across from lots of shopping & dining, so no need to drive! The outdoor pool is on the South side of the towers right on the beach! Beach loungers with umbrellas are available for rent, plus water sports and parasailing is available.

The living room and master bedroom opens to a large balcony with a table with 4 tall chairs plus 2 chairs with a table and a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen has everything you will need, just bring the food and disposable products. There are full size appliances including an ICEMAKER!! The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, toaster oven, dishes, utensils and cookware.

The bedding arrangement is King/King/2 Fulls There is NO Sleeper Sofa. The private master bath and the guest bath have a tub/shower combo. In each bedroom, there are HDTVs, closets, storage furniture & blankets.

The beds are made with white linen and there is bagged linen set for the sofa. The bathrooms are stocked with an ample supply of bath towels and a one day supply of amenities. Please bring your own beach towels and personal items, including make-up removal wipes. You can pack light, because the condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer!

The minimum age to book this family vacation home is 25. No smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed. This and other posted policies are strictly enforced by the onsite security officer to ensure the value of the condo is maintained year round and for your safety. Parking passes are limited to two per condo and are $65 each.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Gulf State Park. Features include a water park. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the condo.

Great space, plenty of room for 5 of us. Loved the balcony! The beds were comfy and we liked having 2 bathrooms. Elevators were fast, check in was so easy. Parking was no problem minus the $75 fee instead of $65. Pool was refreshing after baking in the beach. A few people were smoking on the balconies and beach but nothing horrible.

Bluewater 1502 is beautiful, well stocked and a perfect place for a week long family vacation! We totally enjoyed the pool, the great grilling area and the on site staff were accommodating, hardworking and friendly. We will definitely be back here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was very large with comfortable seating. We would stay here again. Please note that there is an additional $65 parking fee that is cash only and must be paid at the time of check-in at the security booth.

BlueWater Stay
We had a great stay at the BlueWater condo! It was clean, updated beautifully, and in an excellent location. Also a wonderful balcony and excellent views! Easy access to the beach. I just wish we could have stayed longer! I have been coming to Orange Beach for 30+ years and definitely will be recommending this property for friends and family. Hope to return ourselves sometime soon.

This is a great place to rent for a family. The walk to the beach was very close for my little ones. Elevators were always available. Trash chute was right outside the door. There is an ice machine in the kitchen which made it easy to fill out cooler daily for beach trips!! Beds were also very comfortable.

Everything was great! It was an easy process and we had more than we needed as far as supplies. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Just know that you have to have 65.00 in cash only for your parking pass.

Family Spring Break
We had the most relaxing stay here with our four children (9,8,6 & 2). The location was great, near groceries, shops and restaurants. We have stayed at a few other condos over the years but this was by far the best. The pools were clean and well maintained as was the condo. The condo was stocked with everything you would need. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Nice Beachfront Condo
The condo is very nicely decorated and furnished. It has been updated and is very roomy, yet cozy. Loved the layout and the large beachfront balcony. The furniture on the deck was very nice as well. The loveseat and couch in the living room looked nice, but we're not comfortable at all. The master bedroom mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It felt like me and my husband were sleeping in a rolled up taco when laying down together. It sank terribly in the middle. If those two things were better, this would be the perfect place to stay. Overall it was still nice and I would stay there again in the future.

Spectacular View
This was my family’s 1st trip to Orange Beach (and to Alabama), and it was wonderful. The Gulf Coast is absolutely beautiful, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. While the first few days were cold and cloudy, we finished our trip with all sunshine (60 and 70 degree weather). It is surprising to me how warm it feels even in the mid-60’s at Orange Beach! The view from the spacious deck at this condo is AMAZING! My family and I loved spending our time out there, taking in the ocean and sunshine. So completely relaxing!! The condo building/grounds and condo itself are clean and well-taken-care-of. My sons and I used the indoor pool and hot tub every day…and my wife and I walked the beach every morning. The condo is also centrally located to everything at Orange Beach. While an off-season vacation isn't quite the same as a peak-season vacation, there are some amazing advantages, including no waiting/lines at any restaurants and literally feeling like you have miles of sandy beach all to yourself! Needless to say, we loved our Christmas trip at this condo, and I could definitely envision a return trip in the future.

This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view from the 15th floor is amazing. The balcony is one of the largest of any rental I have ever had, which we loved. I would rent this condo again without hesitation.

This condo has everything you need! The beds were so comfortable! 7 of us stayed from ages 6 to 46 and we all had plenty of room and loved the condo. The balcony is very large and was nice spending time on in the evenings when the sun set. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone!
