Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Just absolutely beautiful!!! Crown molding, sophisticated decor, extremely clean and well maintained. Private balcony with nice table and chairs and amazing views! King-size bed that was super comfortable and huge pillows! Kitchen well equipped and ice maker as well- Definitely will stay again

The unit is very nice, the ice maker works, the new patio doors are great,the bed was comfortable, nice to have a shower and no tub,the elevators are great. Parking pass cost a lot $58. Could use a list of tv channels. Dishwasher racks are rusty so did not use.

Beautiful view, nice and clean
The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. I know it’s privately owned, but I feel for the price we payed it should of had extra towels, toilet paper, etc. we only cooked once if we would have we would of had to buy everything spices everything. I looked at surrounding places and feel we payed more than a lot of places that could of gotten more. With that said we did have a wonderful time and the condo was clean and management kept in touch with all the information we needed. So thank you for letting us stay

The funture was nasty and very uncomfortable. B
It ended up being cold when we were there so we were gonna hang out in the condo but the furniture was so old and uncomfortable that we actually left two days early. We are in our sixties and I couldn't wait to get home and sit on comfortable furniture. I hated this because this is the first vacation we've had in ten years.

Wonderful condo!
Everything was so clean and comfortable. Property was quiet, great amenities….Wi-Fi and high quality TV’s. King bed slept great. Bathroom had a hair dryer which is rare these days. Sofa bed was excellent as well and many times that is not the case. Nice functional decor. We will come back again!

Great for a couple
The unit was perfect for my husband and myself. I wouldn’t recommend for two couples if you want privacy. Great beach access and liked where it was on the strip, close to everything. Easy check in process but be aware you have to pay an addition $55 when you get there for a parking pass, it’s not included like other places we have stayed out down there. If you use a lot of towels I’d recommend bringing some from home. Unit was clean and quiet. Only negative feedback is that the host was completely unresponsive the two times I reached out with questions. I still never got my questions answer even after checking out. Besides that I would stay here again.

Perfect!!
We take a beach trip every year, and this was our favorite place so far. It was a perfect place for just us 2. Beautiful view!!! Quick walk to the beach & the pool area was great. We really had no complaints. We’re sad we are staying somewhere differently this year but will definitely come back again when it’s just us two!!!

Nice location and condo complex
Check-in was very easy with the only holdup being securing a parking pass, which was a bit slow. There was just one clerk at the front desk and she became engaged in conversation with another employee over someone leaving early at another condo building… not pertinent to our building - and there were people waiting to check in. Our condo was fine. The condo was nice and adequately size for a 1-BR. Decent size bathroom and bedroom. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable, there were broken drawers in both nightstands. We didn’t cook while there but fixed breakfast in each morning and the supplies were good for cereal and coffee. The dining table chairs were hard as were the balcony table chairs. Also the balcony floor had many dark spots on the tiles- not sure what it was exactly but didn’t look clean. The condo location is very good. The online pictures made the condo look larger and nicer furnished.than it actually was, however.

The view was amazing- we had issues with our air conditioning so the unit smelled of mildew when we got in. Maintenance was able to get our air back up and running by that evening but we had towels all over the floor to avoid falling since the humidity was so high (the tile was wet). No one adheres to the smoking policy so beware if you have children at the pool!

Kitchen stocked nicely, bathroom good hot water, shower head great, bedroom could use black out curtains because of lights from walkway, plenty of pillows, cover. Balcony is great table 4 chairs and lounger view is great, washer and dryer hidden and works as should. We like this room next time down

Convenient Location
The location is convenient...right on the beach! All appliances worked as they should but that’s where I run out of positives for this property. The unit needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The ceilings and walls were dusty/dirty and you could just tell it had not been scrubbed down in a while. Some of the furniture needs to be updated. The mattress on the bed was terrible. The pullout sofa bed wasn’t much better. The space between the unit and the upstairs unit must be paper thin...we heard everything...including vacuuming at 10pm. There were only 3 working elevators for the whole building and there was always a wait.

Very uncomfortable bed
The was awful. After a long drive and another day of the beach what we really needed was a good night of sleep. However, the bed is something you might expect at a cheap motel. We could feel the springs , it was awful The view is awesome, but not worth my body hurting. Also, this property needs to clean the ceilings… not sure if it’s dirt or mold?

We would have liked some curtains in the bedroom to block the light from the outer corridor. Whatever was used to clean the condo had a very strong unpleasant citrus smell.

The views were amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony just enjoying ourselves and the spectacular views. The condo was just as it appears in the pictures. Pretty clean just needed some minor dusting. As my boyfriend pointed out the fire sprinklers could use a little dusting. Other than that no issues. I would consider this property again.
