This is an absolutely beautiful property. It is under utilized. Unfortunately it suffers from a lot of homeless in this part of Olympia. As they say, location is everything. But this is a real gem.

This is a quality hotel with good “bones.” My top floor room had recently been remodeled. Still, the workout room had missing ceiling tiles, no paper towels to wipe down the equipment, a non-working TV, and poorly maintained equipment. A little pride and care and this could be one of the best hotels in the Olympia area.

Check in/check out can be done online to speed up the process. No long wait times to get your key. New door locks are wonderful. First place I have stayed that has the walk in showers and I really enjoyed that.

Our First Choice!
Always a please staying here. Shontall at the front desk is ALWAYS a blessing to see! Perfect person to have at the front desk! The younger gentleman at night, with longer curly hair, is a pleasure as well, and will always rush to get your needs met! The continental breakfast crew and public area cleaning crew always greet my family and I with a very friendly smile and hello. We choose to stay at this Ramada every chance we get! Can’t wait until all the remodel is complete. It was a little bit of a pain that during our last stay, the ice machine on the fourth floor did not work and there was no vending machine up there either.

This was everything I expect from a "nice" hotel. They were renovating rooms on our floor (ours had not been renovated yet), but the noise was tolerable and our room was still in good shape and very clean.
