The signs for the entry are not clearly marked. There are multiple doors to get into the hotel which seems unsafe. There was a homeless person laying in the middle of the road with all of her belongings near the front of the hotel.
When we were checking in, the desk clerk told us that we had been upgraded to a presidential suite, and then he went silent for 3 minutes. He then told us that he was wrong. That's fine as our deluxe suite was sufficient for our honeymoon. But the mattress in our suite was broken down the middle, and therefore it bowed up and was extremely uncomfortable to lay on. Our bed had only a sheet, and nothing more. There was no other bedding in the room. I asked the front desk on our second day how to get to the Salish cliffs restaurant. He pointed to the bridge and said "its just over the bridge on the left. It's the only building there." So I started walking that direction and pulled it up on the map and it was a 17 minute walk. He never told me that to begin with.
Overall, our honeymoon was terrible.
