The room was spacious but appeared to be under renovation during our stay. Lighting fixtures were missing, paint was missing from multiple spots on the walls and furniture was not fully installed. The flooring was new but had yet to be cleaned leaving your feet black with polish when you walked on it. Once everything is finished it is going to be a beautiful room but it would have been nice to know that renovations were occurring during our stay.

The owerns are definitely investing in updating the property. But the workmanship is not great. The new floors are nicer than the old carpet. The employees don't like when you use a booking site instead of booking directly through the hotel. It was 100$ cheaper per night on Expedia. I have been staying here for years and the staff has always been the least pleasant part of the visit.

The thermostat in our cabin was broke but we just thought it wasn't working well. What we notified the front desk, they sent someone quickly. We were offered another room, but declined since we were settled and loved our cabin, so they provided a space heater. Our stay was much more enjoyable after that.

The room was very dark and uninviting. No comfortable seating. The bathroom lighting was just a light around the the mirror.. very difficult to see. Air conditioner remote did not work.

Great place!

Would stay again. Excellent location and price. Lovely to offer the 24/7 snacks and breakfast on-the-go. Playground 10min walk away. Town 10mins walk. Very reasonable price for a perfect getaway.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The kids loved both pools and the walk to the beach. This was our second visit and we'll be back again. Great staff.

Loved the pool & walkable to the beach & town. Very convenient & exactly what we were looking for. The inside of the rooms (walls, ceilings, doors) were very dirty with wear and tear. Overall, We had a great family weekend together in Ogunquit at the Tides Resort!
