I love that they have a cute putter golf course as well as a nice pool area. The location is conveniently close to the freeway. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved our room and how spacious it was. Plus, having a little sofa, chair, and table. Finally, "breakfast included" sells me every time. So helpful when you're on a long trip and wanting to hit the road early. Thank you!!

Reported bathroom window (above shower) open and unlocked as well as bedside lamp not working. After waiting 90 minutes I stood on tub and managed to close window. In the morning another lamp was not working Old hotel that could use some updating

My stay was during hurricane Milton. My stay was okay but the noise level from people outside the room was very loud. We lost cable service but that was expected because of the hurricane. There was no coffee maker in the room.

The area was closed due to Milton Hurricane. Couldn’t access, roads and airports were closed. Couldn’t get a hold of any staff to confirm if the hotel is still operated or not, they took awhile to get back to me like almost a week after just to say no refund.

Safe from the storm
We evacuated here once our city became unsafe. Mira was very helpful even allowed us to check in early. She was helpful throughout our stay and very sweet!! The room was a little outdated and in need of some touch ups and fresh paint on the ceilings and walls. But we felt safe in the area

Room was not clean. Walked in and there was a cup with water and cigarette butts. Someone had been smoking in the room. The bed looked like it had been laid in - the pillow had a head imprint. Saw mouse run across the floor.

Smoking rooms have no ashtrays and we were told they didn't have any in the entire hotel. Room was dirty and the floor was filthy it turned the bottom of my socks black.

I have stayed at this property in the past. We live in Gainesville and had to find somewhere to stay for 1 night because of no power at our home. The hotels in Gainesville either didn't have power or fully booked. So we had to go to Ocala. So i chose this property. Upon arrival the desk clerk was taking care of someone else, then he took care of me. When i gave him my name he looked in the computer and said hang on a minute and went to the back office to talk to someone else, then returned and finished checking me in. I saw absolutely no signs of the customer service cultures that used to be in place at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. There were no towels at the pool and the water was slightly dirty, but tolerable. The hot tub was nice and hot, but when we tried to turn on the jets, they didnt work. We had a somking room ,and there was no ash trays in the room. There was no coffee maker in tje room either. We called the front desk and asked if they had any extra ash trays or coffee makers , and got told because of being sold out, thatvthey didn't have any.So very disappointed. This property used to be a great place to stay. I don't think i will ever stay there again.

Booked a handicapped room and then was told they didnt have one. Had to be moved to a king bed room that was not wheelchair accessible. The pool was full of soap suds and not swimmable. The bathroom door was broken and would not shut, the wall decoration was broke and hanging off the wall. The hair dryer did not work and there was no tolite paper. The ceiling was dirty and it smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Road noose a major issue. Would not stay again for the money.
