Main problem for me is that the TV did not work well we asked for help , it came , but at the end their system was out ..We styed for 3 nightsd first night wasOk but the other 2 no good. Also when we arrived there where not towels in the bathroom.. At check out had trouble with computer took 5 minutesd to print out receipt.

Staff in the front desk was not friendly. When asked questions they answered in a rude way. It seem like everything bothered them. But in breakfast area they were very friendly. The cleaning staff was very friendly.

We always stay in Hiltons, and sometimes the experience is it so good. However, this particular hotel is very nice, staff are extremely friendly, just a little suggestion to let the cleaning crew know to do better job in bathrooms. The bottom shelves were dusty. Everything else was absolutely fantastic!
