This spacious cabin is brimming with entertainment options, from a foosball table and board games inside to a private hot tub and multiple decks overlooking the tranquil forest. Fire up the gas grill for an outdoor feast or gather around the wood-burning fireplace to unwind after a day of exploring. Cap off your evenings around the firepit, roasting marshmallows and stargazing in peaceful seclusion.

As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to the CARC Membership, which includes a pool, hot tubs, and a fully equipped gym.

While the cabin offers a secluded escape, it's just a short drive to the area's top attractions. Spend sunny days at Deep Creek Lake State Park (six miles away) or hike along the scenic Swallow Falls Trail (six miles in the opposite direction). Whether you’re hitting the slopes at Wisp Resort, enjoying year-round fun, or exploring the charming town of Oakland with its golf course, museums, restaurants, and shops, everything you need for a perfect getaway is close by.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
WiFi is provided, however, you'll have to use WiFi calling in order to have cell service at the home.
Firewood is not provided.
Per HOA restrictions, no alcohol is permitted on the community dock.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a spa tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
