Boasting an incredible array of amenities, including Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a shared outdoor pool, and a great location less than a mile to the beach, this rental has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Tucked away on the eastern edge of the 18-hole Farm Neck Golf Club, this condo makes it easy to access the very best of Martha's Vineyard. Soak up some sun at Inkwell Beach or Joseph Sylvia State Beach, or head north into Oak Bluffs, where you can ride the Flying Horses Carousel or grab an ice cream cone and window shop the Circuit Avenue boutiques.

After an exhilarating day on the island, head back to the Island Inn to relax - or let the fun continue! Cool off with a dip in the pool or enjoy a professional tennis lesson at one of the three on-site courts. When you've worked up an appetite, fix a snack or quick meal in the kitchen, then settle in for a quiet night on the sofa. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Cable TV and free WiFi are provided for your convenience, and a shady breezeway is a lovely place to sit and watch the day come to an end.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
