This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be an enjoyable quick getaway for my wife’s birthday was a night made. Actually, for it to have been a nightmare there would have to have been sleep. Since there was loud, obnoxious noise all night long there was no sleep. What made it worse was that the hotel staff refused to assist. They made a halfhearted attempt at sending security to find the noise but they were unsuccessful. This all added up to an awful, awful experience. I will never visit again.

Super comfy beds, room was so spacious & clean! Loved the amenities in the shower...not a huge fan of orange scent though. My son loved the huge bath tub & it was nice having two bathrooms. The one sliding door didn't stay closed & kept rolling open. The complimentary coffee table wasn't the best & all out of half n half & water. The restaurant breakfast was delicious!!! Overall a great comfortable stay with good food & awesome room!!

Do not stay at this hotel!!! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! The hotel is pet friendly (dogs barking). I unfortunately was put into a room next to a couple that had screaming children all night and were fighting with each other and screaming about divorce. When I went to call the front desk I found the room phone did not work. The tv remote also did not work. We went to try the restaurant for a Sunday brunch only to find it closed for a special event. The manager, Nick Enaigbe, was completely apathetic and is a liar. Do not expect and refund or help from him in any way. The hotel looks pretty but don’t expect good customer service or any sleep.

The customer service and front desk employee was terrible. I was unable to order room service because the phone number was giving an out of service message and the employee at the front desk failed to connect me 4 times. He stated the music from the Friday night party was too loud and the staff couldn’t hear the phone. When I was able to make it downstairs to place the order myself he stated the kitchen is closed now and I could order from door dash or uber eats if I had the app on my phone. I felt that solution was totally unacceptable for a service based business. Also I was unable to sleep because the smoke detector/ carbon monoxide detector had a bright light that keep flashing above the bed all night. I would never stay at this establishment ever again!

Hotel seemed to be short staffed. Maid services weren't up to the usual standards of a higher end hotel. Hotel was noisy, not very good sound proofing, could hear people in hallways talking in the early mornings and our last day we were woke up by a guest dog barking for about 15 minutes! After spending $300 a night I was not impressed! When I spoke to the manager about these issues he said unfortunately where I purchased the room on orbitz there would be nothing he could do for me. Nice treatment for staying at a property for 5 days!
