Really loved this place checking in was easy and I loved the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, the room was cool and clean. Food down at the restaurant was very good as well and the gym was very solid. Overall I was excited I came across this hotel when I needed to find a solid place to check into.

So much potential
This hotel looks much nicer than what it is. A few things were a bit disappointing. The a/c worked but definitely gave off a bit of a musty smell. From the very first night there was no body wash in the bathroom and when I asked for room service to replace it they left it outside the room door. Another thing that didn’t make much sense was room service came in and reset our room but never left towels. That being said, the front desk staff were all helpful but it just seems the hotel is being mismanaged. I’ll stay at another option my next trip to Nyack.

This is my first time staying here since the Marriot has taken over and I have to say that I am less than impressed. The edgy decor that gave the hotel character is gone and has been replaced with dull gentrified furniture and artwork. Sadly, its charm is gone. Our shower had a terrible odor coming from the plumbing that was awful. I felt like I was showering in a sewer. The front desk staff offered to removed the resort fee in compensation.

The hotel is really nice but I didn't like the paper on the wall is a weird design, I didn't like that don't have microwave and a fridge to put my personal drink or food, it was really inconvenience for me because I carried my lunch with me because I have to work the next day early.
