Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali offers 377 accommodations with minibars and safes. Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 32-inch LCD televisions come with premium satellite channels. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers with rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and bidets. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and hair dryers. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

We recently stayed at the grand mirage and had an amazing stay everything was amazing the staff were so friendly the hotel room was very clean the food was delicious I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Greatest hotel

Wonderful hotel We had Garden view for 4 nights then a trip to Lembongan island and bk to The Grand Mirage for 2 nights in a sea view room. Just wonderful The staff and in fact even outside of the resort the residents of Bali are the most wonderful friendly people. Absolutely no negatives. Must eat in The New Meads. Just a short walk from the resort Made is the driver you need. He’s on Facebook

The Resort was great! Food and service was fantastic with some great options at Breakfast.. Just be informed that one of the wings is under construction and they work all day and most of the night.. Staff were great offering us a different room but we didn’t mind it during the day not a big deal as we were in the pool but it was just a little annoying when they work till late at night, the works are going on till March.

Great 4 star hotel

The hotel is great. You cannot compare it to other 5 star rated hotels. This is a great 4 star hotel. Food is expensive and up there with Sofitel, grand Hyatt and Padma. Pools are good, staff are great and rooms nice.

As a couple we enjoyed staying "All Inclusive"! We know Senni Wyan, the Customer Manager, who goes above and beyond in welcoming us, and making us feel like Grand Mirage "family" - everytime that we visited! Senni is highly professional, friendly & kind, and we just love the way she deals with us so prompt & intelligently. She is very aware of the Resort guests' needs, and were always available to help. The Grand Mirage Resort is such a beautiful Resort right on the beach and a wonderful Bali experience for us as Australians. In family activities the Resort most certainly provides for all of the family, and on a daily basis. It has multiple swimming pools, various cuisine in multiple restaurants, multiple bars, fantastic spa facilities, various family & children activities to choose from, with fantastic evening entertainment on a daily basis. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and Senni arranged a special, romantic 5 course dinner on the beach, and the service was impeccable. This was a very big and highly appreciated surprise for us. The cleaning staff was highly professional and our rooms kept very neat, clean and laundry provides daily. We experienced all staff across the Resort, to be well trained, and super friendly & kind. Our stay was wonderful, like always, and we simply cannot wait to go back soon! We most certainly recommend this Resort.

Cant fault it, great stay for young families has everything you need at the resort to kids water park and kids pool area. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Buffet breakfast is also amazing and has great services in the morning. Highly recommend

Rooms were well appointed and kids loved the extra touches like cute wall lights and bean bags. Kids loved both pool areas, kids club playground and in particular the oversize sea themed plush toys :D We had a ground floor room that was easily accessible from the pool yet still private. Breakfast had a good selection.

We had a lovely holiday at Grand Mirage. We were disappointed that our room was located in the Family Paradise, so the staff kindly offered to move us to the main building, however we chose to stay in Family Paradise as the room had been nicely renovated. We were still able to use the facilties at the Grand Mirage resort. I would recommend this resort for families with young children or group bookings.
