We stayed here to go to a concert at Foxwoods. The room was large & clean and the continental breakfast was just enough.

Front desk people were excellant and they work hard on accomadating customers. The room was very average, and seemed really clean. Only problem was a strong smell of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener. I personally have a low tolerance for these kind of smells but most people probably don't mind them at all.

Not bad for the price

It was our second stay there this month. The room was identical to the last one. This time the air conditioner was noisier. The price is definitely right and overall it’s not bad. The room is big and the beds are comfortable but the pillows are not. I knew enough to bring my own toilet paper this time because the toilet paper they provide is so thin I can literally see my fingers through it. The towels could use some fabric softener and the continental breakfast provided is below par although they advertise it as “deluxe “. It’s close to Foxwoods and twenty minutes to the Rhode Island beaches which is the main reason we were there. It’s so much cheaper than the seaside hotels.

Wouldn't recommend this place

The clerk who denied me to check me in never called us or let the next clerk know our room was ready The restaurants near the hotel closed earlier tan stated Breakfast was OK if you do not eat gluten. They also ran out of yogurt. It will be a one & done

there is a benefit to not having a pool - no kids! very clean and other than the scent of the cleaning fluid they use was overpowering in the first room we were given, they easily changed my room and it was much better. It does dissipate well. no frills and breakfast is not offered except Sundays I understand. a 3 day stay, and I'd go back.

There was no fan in the bathroom to take care of the humidity. The Continental breakfast was not exactly overwhelming. Mostly bagels, cereals, and a waffle maker. WiFi was not working; I actually had to step out of the room in order to get a signal. Although we didn’t use it, the Complementary shuttle to Foxwoods was a plus.

Really can’t recommend. Had two rooms and both smelt like cigarettes, bad. The ac was set to cool, 60° and constant fan but was constantly cycling on and off all day/night. Was not staying on constantly also definitely not getting close to 60°. The towels are so cheap and thin. There’s only bar soap not like most hotels with a body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower in pump bottles. Floor felt sticky. $365 a night mind you for a room with two queen beds. Never again. Maybe for $89 a night lol

Show up to find our room is sandwiched between to stag parties. My wife did not feel comfortable or safe nor did I. Greeted at the desk with your room is in the middle of a bachelor party sorry! The room did not smell very good. Music was loud at 5:00pm. I would like to be refunded the ridiculous out of money for that room!

Carpets need to be changed, wallpaper in the shower was peeling, lights in the bathroom weren't covered you can see in the ceiling. Kinda gross for what I paid. Stay at the hotel next door

We were looking for basic, clean and safe accomodations. After a couple bad chain hotel experiences recently, we were a little nervous. But this was perfect for our needs, staff was helpful and the room was sparkling clean. One could say that the room decor was slightly dated but it was well maintained and again extremely clean and smelled fresh which all we wanted. I would stay here again.

Property was fine for a one-night stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was pleasant. Going to a concert at Foxwoods and it was great to have a shuttle bus to take us there and back. No internet which would have been a problem for a longer stay but for one night it was fine.

The property was clean. However, the front desk staff had a very poor attitude and was very rude. I would not stay at this hotel again because of how nasty the staff was. He made my daughter and I so uncomfortable that we didn't want to have breakfast on days that he was lurking nearby. I thought it very strange that they dont trust guests with spray oil for the waffle maker and come out and spray the waffle maker every so often.

Been staying here when I go to RI beaches for years now. The woman when I checked in was very nice and was very accommodating to me getting a room where I wanted to be. The next morning Dom and another guy were also very nice and helpful. This place is very reasonable and only a 20 min drive to the beach. I’ll stay here again next year. I tell everybody to check this hotel out and it is a great value for the money.
