Weekend trip

The hotel is really nice. Being about 8 minutes from fox woods is great. Definitely worth the stay. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Also hotel close to alot of wineries which they suggested couple. The pool could of been bigger but not a deal brsaker. Definitely would stay again.

Holding Fee if anything is damaged

I like it, I just wish where I booked it room it told me how much the holding fee would be for the room. It’s just always a different price that’s all. I know we get it back but I just wish I knew before hand to be more prepared.

Theataff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They adhere strictly to the quiet rule. Breakfast was okay, but a bit pricey. All in all this hotel is our go to when visiting the casinos in the area.

They had a lot of nerve to stick a sign right onto the bathroom mirror letting you know about quiet time and being arrested if you got out of hand. I took it right off when I could not easily shave.

I only stayed one night overall it’s a decent hotel but they overcharged me for my state and no one answers the phone. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket while I was there. They said someone would bring it to the room and no one ever did.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel was very close to the casinos, shopping areas, and the beach. Our room was cleaned everyday. Had no problems or issues at all!

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful. We had some “hiccups”, but the hotel staff was attentive and quickly resolved the issue. We were moved to another room due to some minor issues and the staff was apologetic. The pool is small but did the purpose of swimming, for my 4 year old. Although we had issues during our stay, we would certainly return only because the staff were absolutely amazing. Especially “the Chad”.

Resort fee???? Noisy!

This place is old and tired. Terrible noise can be heard from the upstairs occupant walking to the kids yelling in the hall, to the people bext door, to the toilet flushing 3 doors down. Needs major renovations from floors to ceilings. Biggest surprise was a daily resort fee. This dump is not a resort. Indoor pool does not make you a resort. Take your money elsewhere.

My husband and I were on a little get away for our 32 year anniversary. We were very happy with the Bellisimo. Very clean, friendly staff and close to so many things in the area to do. Will definitely be returning
