Balcony work begins Feb 17, 2025 with no ETA for completion. Noise will be present, and parking will be affected. Sections of the parking lot will be taped off and not available for use. It is a nicely furnished unit, perfect for a beach vacation, and conveniently located within minutes of North Myrtle Beach's favorite family attractions. There isn't an elevator to this third-floor unit.
