This Yacht Club Villas condo is located in Building 1 on the 11th floor with gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway!! It is beautifully decorated and perfect for your family vacation or for golfers! Plenty of room to have a family dinner around the dining room table or the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal with all stainless steel appliances. The living room is very spacious and has a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. There is a King bed in 1st bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom and 2 Queens in the 4th bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and flat screen TVs. It is perfect for large families and groups. You will also love that it has a washer/dryer to do your laundry if you need to.

In the warmer months you have access to the large ionized pool and hot tub located next door at the North Tower. Barefoot Landing is right across the Waterway and has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. You can check out a show at The House of Blues or the Alabama Theater. Check out Lulu's, Taco Mundo or Flying Fish for a great meal or check out one of the many other restaurants nearby. Barefoot Landing also has fireworks every Monday evening in the Prime season and you can watch them right from the balcony at your rental property.

Barefoot Resort has a free shuttle that runs every hour in the summer that will bring you to the beach or to Barefoot Landing. There are also 4 Championship Golf Courses located onsite if you like to golf. We can help you set up tee times with one of our professional Golf Masters if you want to do a round or two. Dirty, Leaks, and Terrible communication with property manager.
The property itself is beautiful. It is located in a great location with great amenities. It is a very large condo with incredible views from the balcony (pool, intercoastal waterway, and fireworks. Now for the bad... Which unfortunately over shadows the positives. I know things can happen in a rental unit that are beyond most peoples control but some of this was AVOIDABLE and we could have at least been made aware of the deficiencies prior to us driving over 500 miles! 1st, and foremost and by far the most disgusting was a large portion of ceiling in the master bedroom was missing from an obvious water leak from THE TOILET in the condo above! The light fixtures in the ceiling were removed and they had stapled a piece of clear plastic to catch the dirty toilet water drips from above that could be literally heard every time the toilet was flushed. We spoke to the owner of the condo above and he said that it had been like that for over 2 weeks!!! PLENTY of time to let us know! 2nd and 3rd The icemaker leaked on the kitchen floor and the sink leaked under the counter and had been leaking for a while as there was slight warping and water stains along with black MILDEW and sludge on the pipes. We initially didn't complain about it because it was intermittent and we thought it was possibly are kids coming through after the pool, but no it was dirty water. 4th, The cleaning people didn't do the best job when we first checked in there water on the floor in front of the sink and the apartment had sand EVERYWHERE including on 1 of the bedsheets (which tells us they didn't change bed linens). The sand was throughout the unit on the hard floors you could feel it everywhere so we had to clean it thoroughly before we could comfortably stay. 5th, It states clearly on the listing that that motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on the property but does not make mention of Golf Carts, Which if anyone knows anything about Myrtle Beach is that golf carts are the best way to travel to the beach, stores, and restaurants. My family was really looking forward to that. 5th and and also what put the nail in the coffin was after several calls to the management company and being told a manager would call us back NOTHING! NOT A CALL! NOT AN EMAIL! NOTHING!!! We paid a premium rate for a weekly rental for what we hoped would be a excellent vacation and couldn't even get a response back. POOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Enjoyable
Rooms were very nice. I did have a condo change which wasn’t exactly like the listing I booked, bathrooms had mold in areas that I cleaned, no tissue in one of the bathroom, random old lamps located throughout the rooms and wet dishes left in the dishwasher. Even with these minor issues the overall stay was enjoyable.
