This was our first time over 8 years back visiting Myrtle Beach. The Barefoot community is developing with new builds and great eating options. While development is happening we were some what disappointed as more upgrades were needed in the rental space. Location was great but in comparison to other condos, areas of the living space where carpet remained needed updating and bed linens (to small for the main bedroom) were an issue. Overall, the eating and barefoot community of the pool and golf were pleasantly nice.

We loved the place. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. A very quiet place to stay, but close to everything we wanted to do. Owner was wonderful to work with. It was out 1st time to N. Myrtle Beach - we enjoyed it, as it seemed less congested. Would definitely recommend.

The condo is really nice, spacious, and clean. It looks just like it does in the pics. The location is also perfect, you're near several restaurants and shopping centers. Only downside is the mattress in the master room is uncomfortable. It is definitely worn out and needs to be replaced. Other than this no other dissatisfaction.

We had a very nice vacation. The condo was lovely. Exactly as described. There were a couple of things that would have made things easier. At least one extra roll of TP, versus just the partial ones on the rolls would have been nice so we didn’t have to worry about it right away. Some dish washing soap would have been so nice. (I hear that this is a normal thing not to provide but I had never had that experience prior, and a little expense for big convenience.) There were a couple of maintenance issues, running toilet, slow draining tub, that maintenance fixed immediately. The host was incredibly responsive. Never had any issue reaching him. The only real issue that we had was that there is only one access card to get into the condominiums and it is also the one that gets you into the pool on the grounds. So if you have older kids or would be splitting up with your party for any reason this is a major inconvenience. The host said we could call him to get in the entrance if necessary however that is not something we wanted to be bothering someone with all the time. Also it is a little ways from the beach. The description is accurate as long as you don’t get stuck when the bridge is “up”. If that happens it’s gonna be a little bit of a trip to get there which happened to us several times. Overall we had a great time and none of these things hindered it in any major way.

We had an excellent experience during our stay here. The check-in, check-out process was seamless, and the accommodations were perfect for us. The rooms were very spacious and the place in its entirety was immaculate and orderly. The pools were amazing, and the location is central to everything we wanted to do. We would most certainly come back- highly recommend!

Birthday getaway
This is perfect spot away from the beach. Has a nice lake near by with a screen balcony to sit out and enjoy a breeze. Fully equipped kitchen and the place came with plenty of towels. Loved the TV!!

The condo was very comfortable and clean with the exception of the carpet. The carpet was badly stained and I think housekeeping forgot to vacuum. I called the owner and he was very apologetic and directed me in locating the vacuum. I would suggest laminate only bc it’s easier to manage. Very easy check in.

Quaint and clean rental
The condo was clean upon arrival and the check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked (cooking utensils) if you wanted to prepare a meal. Very convenient location if playing golf on site. Would have liked to have had coffee for the first morning, but not a big deal. Overall a great experience!
