Best Westerns are almost always my hotel of choice when I travel. They are always clean, comfortable, and easy. Breakfast is always good too. My only complaint is the pillows. They are always too small and they flatten out almost as soon as you lay your head down. This location was no different. The staff was very nice and helpful as always.

The best part of the hotel was the lovely woman who was tending to the breakfast area every morning. She was so helpful, super sweet and she deserves to get a huge raise! Our towels and blankets were visibly dirty and our room was above the pool and they allow people in at 6 a.m. so we were woken up before 630 on Sunday morning after a rough weekend and that was really frustrated. We had the leave the hotel early Sunday morning for the day because the echoing from the pool room was so loud. It says hotel quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am

Good for the price
Had a late check in, it was fine. Bed was a little lumpy but we were so tired it was fine. Breakfast was ok, not too many options and the eggs were a mush texture but overall good value!

I should have selected a 2nd floor room because people above seemed to stomp around. Bathroom toilet needed a good cleaning under rim. Grunge on vents of air/ heat unit. Value for cost OK.

A lot of things need updating. I go here because it's close to my family. I understand it's not the most expensive, extravagant hotel in the area but still some things wouldn't cost a lot to update to look better. Also the smell of weed is a big issue.

Evacuation from hurricane Milton
Everything was perfect after we got the toilet seat repaired, handicap person just about fell to ground when we got there, front desk very helpful getting oxygen delivered… we were evacuated from hurricane…breakfast were very good and pleasant person running it.. no discounts for hurricane victims??
