The hotel was built in 1800. It is furnished with antiques. The staff was warm and friendly. The cocktails and food were delicous. Well maintained property. The beach is across the street. Very safe area. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. The rooms could use an update but it was still a great place and I would stay there again.

Great stay in Nice!
Great hotel with excellent service. Only problem was bathtub was almost 3 feet high and had no shower curtain. Had to climb in and floor got wet when showering.

The property is located in front to the Promenade D'Anglais with an amazing view to the Mediterranean Sea. Location is near the old town with multiple dining and a great shopping district.

Amenity in the mini bar in room we were scare to touch because there was a price list near it. Little expensive if we had to pay later. VIP room upgrade was never offer. I asked the first day after check-in because first had no pictures or appeal or no view! Then we got move up to 5th floor modern room with one picture but nice. Staff was great!

Lovely hotel in a great location. 10 minute walk to Nice old town. Our room on 5th floor had an incredible view over the promenade des anglais. The room was modern and very clean. Some parts of the hotel are very old and characterful. Don’t expect perfection.

The view was absolutely incredible, but was one of the only selling points. The hotel is old and in need of a serious renovation. There was black mold in the shower, and when we arrived the, air conditioning wouldn't work. We were told it had been switched over, even though it was still in the high 70s in the two weeks prior. The hallways and reception areas were still air conditioned however. It would have been nice to have some sort of notification that there was no AC. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.
