Overpriced for the quality. The room was freezing and the temperature settings didn’t work. I asked for a cot which arrived covered in long hairs caught throughout the bed frame. I also received my security deposit short of funds as I was charged for the cot without my knowledge. Our stay was also extremely disappointing and very uncomfortable given the numerous knocks and threats of being removed for noise complaints that were nearly impossible to avoid (talking, occasional laughter of a child and the television). We attempted some solitude on our balcony only to be shouted at with accusations of us smoking on our balcony. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable, extremely restricted physically and socially, and worried for unpredictable eviction causing us to sit in silence in our room for the remainder of our stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in the entire experience.

The property is in a great location. It is close to everything! You can see the falls and it’s right on Niagara River. The place is clean but could use some modern updates. We enjoyed spending a long weekend there during the fall foliage.

Experience was good. We didnt spend alot of time in the room. Its dated but clean. Showers need to be upgraded but you get what you pay for. Hot tub & pool by far the best part of the hotel. Very much enjoyed that.

Very good.
Our room was clean, the style was older but still in good shape. Very comfortable. We really enjoyed the room having a balcony as we brought an infant and it was good to utilize while she napped. The view was also very nice. Staff was super friendly. We would stay again.
