Great weekend

Went as a family for a weekend. We loved how close everything was to the hotel and the convenience of everything being within walking distance. I thoight the room with no view/window would bother us but it did not at all. The convenience of everything far outweighed the lack of window.

Great view of the falls from our room. The parking lot for self parking was a very inconvenient as you has to walk through several properties to get to the garage.

Hotel was nice with beautiful views from the higher floors. Service wss mixed. Originally did not get the room that I reserved/paid for. I called the front desk and the person that answered was neither polite nor helpful. After being told she couldnt help, I noticed a plumbing issue in tge bathroom. Called again, got someone else that wad friendly and moved us to another room (the one I originally paid extra for).

Perfect location, the fallsview rooms would have been great to have but they were all booked. House keeping staff was amazing, we were on second floor. Gym was well equiped. Check in even with a long line was fast.

We loved the king room and the view of the Falls, beautiful. The jetted tub was nice after walking a lot. LOL We did not need housekeeping the first few nights, however wanted it before the last night of our stay, to freshen the room. Seems we had to "request" housekeeping! We had taken the privacy door hanger off, which in every other hotel on the planet means, please refresh our room while we are out today. We were gone all day to come back and our room had not been touched. It was then time to take our showers, relax and prepare for the evening events. Did not want them coming in after 4:30-5 to clean to room. Disappointing at the response like it was my fault. No where was it posted we had to request rooms to be cleaned. Once during a 3 night stay for over $1200 you should be able to get your room cleaned. Room Service to get coffee in the morning was also a bust, Sunday they were closed altogether, had to dress and go down to Starbucks in the lobby to get coffee. Not happy! Just the little things, but we will not recommend or stay at this Sheraton again if we return to the area.
