This is our second stay here in 11 months and there have been many improvements with customer service in general, communication (option to text message). The falls view room we had was superb and the room amenities such as the fireplace updated furniture and comfortable bedding and bed were a huge plus. The only down side I have is with checkin which is an issue across the hotel industry. Way too slow but improving with options to online checkin and digital key service

This place hand's down is the best location. You get the perfect view and you are located perfectly right next to everything. The Big plus is if you get the Balcony Suite. We will always stay here. Staff is amazing.

We always visit this property. This time we mention to have a proper running water and we did not. We paid for a falls view and we were given a city/falls. The room was very small and at the end. Just disappointed.

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had partial views of the falls. We did the dining at the restaurants and they were good. The buffet could’ve been a little more hot. We did the rooftop firework experience with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie board. Overall it was a beautiful experience. Everything is close by.

We used to stay here whenever we go to Niagara. We used to love it. Not until this last visit. My baby who is 7 month old got severe skin irritation after we lay down on the bed that night, I also have red patches after that. My baby was very irritated. Even before the incident, when we checked in the fridge was not empty and clean, we asked the front desk to clean it. I am very doubtful that they cleaned the room, maybe they didn’t change the bedsheets and all. We ask to be transferred to other room. I was packing and all with a very irritated baby so I didn’t checked all our things, and left some personal stuff in the washroom. I’m sure it was just there cause that’s the last place where all our stuff is and that’s the last washroom we used. But they told us that there was nothing that was found. So for me honestly, I know they’re lying because I didn’t find anything in our stuff when we moved to different room. So cleanliness and honesty is just so important to us when staying in a hotel and it wasn’t met that time. So now I’m hesitant to go back there and what to consider staying in a different hotel next time we visit Niagara
