The hotel was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in.when I contacted management with pictures asking for refund of my $500 stay they offered me to sign up for an app to recieve a free night. I replied that I would not want to sign up for anything and requested refund again and they refused to to reply back ignoring all my messages sent.

We travel alot and stay at LaQuinta often with our pet. We have been pleased with them after their recent upgrades. This location however, suffered terribly, due to the staff. They were seruously understaffed and with several trips to the front desk, including checkin, i never waited less than 10 minutes to have someone greet me. My wife later told me when she wanted access to the pool area that the key did not work, so she went to the front desk. Apparently, you have to go to the front desk for the only clerk in the building to walk you to the pool to admit you. This is likely one reason there was never anyone at the front desk Later on, the internet went out. I had to call the desk t times before getting anybody on the phone. The gentleman seemed nice enough, but had such a thick indian accent, that I could not understand him. I gave up trying to figure ot out and waited a few hours for it to come back on. They have modified the carts so they wont fit through a door. It was inconvenient to have to load the cart in the hall, leaving posessions unattended for breif periods. Overall, not a great experience there.

The place smelled bad and the carpet had stains, i also found hair on my bed. My room was on the third floor and the metal frame had a side bar sticking out from the middle which is so not safe and harmful, my wife tripped over it and scarped her leg and started bleeding immediately because or how bad it hurt her. wouldn’t recommend staying here

Worst experience i have ever encounter. Went with my family gor only 5 days- was charged an early check in fee that after i found out i was not suppose to get charged as it was a reasonable time i was asking to check in and my son had just felt sick in the car during travel. Out of the 5 days we were there only once our room was cleaned -despite my spouse going down and speaking to front desk on the phone for service for the next day to our surprise every time we came back nothing was done- No bedsheets changed, no cleaning of the room, no bath towels given, no bodywash (even though all of these items i always carry with me it should be included on my stay) worst of all we had to constantly as for toilet paper since the room was never done these items were never replaced. Breakfast was ok not the best everything could use a little improvement. Overall- i am very disappointed as i was travo m g with my children and having these inconveniences was not fun. I will never stay in this change of places and will definitely call corporate as these advertisements and treatment to costumer should not continue.

We checked in and staff was disorganized. Got to our room to find all lights unplugged. Then open the closet to find black mold in the corner. Get a new room. Then at midnight had someone come into the room as they gave access to another customer. 20 minutes later the front desk guy asks us why we are in the room he gave us. Overall a horrible experience. Only good point was the gal at the desk in the morning was super nice. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
